Do note that the area leading to the villa can be quite dim after sunset as the street lights are limited. Convenience stores are not near as the area is similar to a residential areas. Limited restaurants nearby as well.

The villa offers really great views and the owners were extremely helpful. They offered to pick-up our luggage as we arrived way earlier than check-in time and helped to drop our luggages at the station after we checked out.

The property was extremely clean and had everything we needed (toiletries and towels). The view was spectacular and it was a very comfortable stay.

Lovely property, very cosy decorated, can see Mt. Fuji directly from the living room when the sky is clear. Peaceful and quiet place. The staff are really helpful and friendly. We love this place so much and definitely will visit again in the future.

I love the Mt Fuji view from the villa. The house is clean suits your need except for elderly because the shower at the first level. Other than that, awesome!

Only 1 bath upper floor and 1 toilet down stair. Bed rooms were too small. We are 8 persons in a group, not enough space for luggages.

The view from the house is good. Living area is on the second floor and has a glass curtain wall, can see Fujisan. BBQ balcony is a good idea for hang out but too cold to sit outside and it cost 4000¥

As some of the reviewers also mentioned, there's only one toilet/bathroom. It was not a problem for us at all though.

The view from the balcony was superb, we can see Mt. Fuji clearly. The living room at the second floor is really comfortable. Ammenities and kitchen utensils were great, there's even a coffee machine. Everything is like described at the listing. The best part is the host/person in charge, Chris is very helpful and friendly. It was a great stay!

We were a group of seven (family) and we loved our two-night stay at this breathtaking location in front of Mt. Fuji. The place was clean and spacious, and Mr. Chris, the host, was the best. He helped us with everything we asked for.

- spacious villa for 7 of us - amazing view of Fuji in the morning - free bikes to take out - located in quiet residential area but still walking distance from Kawaguchiko (10m walk) - balcony and bbq patio is a nice space for summertime! (we came in October)

It has the perfect view of Mt Fuji. The host Chris is so welcoming and friendly, no problem with communication,hassle free pick up and drop off from the bus terminal to the house. Situated on a quiet area. Highly recommend this place for a big family.

The house is located at a quiet residential area. It is a 10 min walk to Kawahuchiko station and restaurants and convenience stores. On our first night, we were surprised there were limited dinner options nearby and around the station. There are small restaurants nearby but they are pretty small or they were fully booked. Planned ahead for your dinners or you will end up waiting for up an hour to eat in one of the 2,3 restaurants near the station.

The view from the living room window is definitely breathtaking. The house itself is well equipped with laundry and cooking appliances (and a coffee maker👍🏻). It is very clean and well maintained, but still very homely. The patio next to the house is a hightlight too, we had a great great night barbequeing and drinking there. Chris, the host is amazing, not only did he picked up our suitcases from the station on very short notice, he also prepared refreshments at the house.

If you’re driving it is a tight squeeze to get too especially since it’s not a one way street.

The amount of bedrooms, the comfort of the beds and bedding, the bathrooms were spacious, the views were absolutely stunning and it was a quick 10min walk to a konbini or the station. They also had a great grill area. And bikes were provided (first come first serve basis).

the road to the property was a bit twisted and narrow. and a bit far from convenient stores if on foot.

very nice view, mount fuji right in front of the living room window. ample space in front of the property, can bbq or bicycle. quiet surrounding and nice atmosphere.
