United StatesThe room was tiny, but it was okay for a single night's stay.
The hotel was an escalator ride and a short walk from the Kintetsu train station. We arrived during the late morning,and the staff graciously stored our hand carry luggage while we found a place to eat and visited Habana no Sato (the first of 2 visits there). A bargain price was charged for the room and a simple but sufficient breakfast buffet.

The hotel is just next to the Train station which is the reason one chooses this place to stay. The room is so tiny and tight for Two average adults to stay. One got to jump up the small double bed so to make way for the other to get to the bathroom. However, it is facilitated with a fridge, flat screen TV, working table , kettle and a fine bathroom. BTW, you have no control on the Air-conditioning. It is freezing cold 🥶 in the room at night. The breakfast is complementary. And so, do not expect much. The carport lots in the hotel is limited too. If you check in late, you got to ask the staff for instructions for parking.

Thanks to plans gone awry, I didn't make my train to Kuwana and was not able to stay at the property. I did communicate several times with the staff regarding my probable late arrival, and they were very friendly and helpful. When I ultimately had to email them that I missed the train and wouldn't be able to make it at all, they politely and rightly told me I wasn't eligible for a refund (I wasn't asking for one; I was just letting them know they could immediately repurpose the room). When I arrived the next morning to Kuwana on the earliest train possible, I was able to at least see the hotel and noted the location was very good! Just steps from the station. I wish I had been able to make it there the night before!

United StatesThe bed was rock hard metal springs, and the window was drafty and didn't close properly so we heard the beeping crosswalk signal all night long. These are easy fixes and then I think it will be a great stay!

JapanI am shocked and not at all happy when I came to know that hotel don't have basic medicines. I had a severe headache but there was no medicine available in reception. I would suggest to look into this matter.
Best thing about the hotel was, its location. Perfect place to stay. Close to Train station and bus station.

SwitzerlandThe rooms are a bit outdated but if you are looking for a place located 5 minutes from the train station (no noise in the room, though!) which is well-connected with Nagoya, give it a try.
I was looking for a place close to Nabana no Sato and it seemed to me that this hotel should be close enough. The staff are extremely helpful and even though some of them are not fluent in English, they were using apps to make sure that we can communicate and I can get all the necessary information. Breakfast buffet is also great for a hotel of this size.

GermanyPersonal could barely speak Japanese. Double beds were really small, so that 2 persons could barely sleep in them. Rooms overall were quite small.
The breakfast was quite good. The location was perfect for the Nagoshima Spa Land. Storing the luggage for a longer time was no problem. Personal was very nice
