Access to the bathouse on site was an added bonus. They also provided pjs, slippers, and all the bathroom amenities. The room was small but clean and efficient. We were comfortable. It’s right across and facing the train station on the main road and near a lot of restaurants.

The size of the room was workable.

Location of the hotel was very good, near the crosswalk of the West Hachioji JR Kyoto exit. The room was a bit snug but very clean. The hotel had an onsen bath with liberal usage hours. The staff was quite helpful when needed. A bus stop was right in front of the hotel or another across the street. It is convenient to walk to Don Quijote or the Aeon Mall. The showers are nice, Japan style wet room.

They offer breakfast buffet if you need to eat early. There's a public bath available for guests and this property is right across the street from the Kyoto station. Subway is just across the street and the bus stop is out front. They have free storage at the lobby if you need them to hold luggage for the day.

Our room was a bit cramped for our 2 medium size luggage, but we made it work. Not bad for a Japan room.

The location was perfect, right across the street from the station. We were able to go to all places by jumping on the train or subways. I enjoyed using their public bath when my feet and legs were tired from walking uphill at the Tori gates and Monkey park. They gave us complimentary traditional Japanese socks. Fresh towels and mineral water bottles everyday. 7/11 and Family Mart was close by also.

Hotel conveniently situated right across from Kyoto Station, perfect spot! Amenities are all provided in the lobby and room. The accommodation was extremely clean, the room was slightly tight with the bed, but good value for money nonetheless.

The outside sign was hard to see, the front door looks like a wall, not a door- walked past it twice before finding it. Almost like they don’t want you to notice it

Quiet location. Nice Onsen bath to relax after a long day touring. The breakfast was excellent- mix of western and delicious Japanese food.

Excellent location. Directly opposite Kyoto Station. Hotspring facility is enjoyable after a day’s walking and shopping. Never lacking in food outlets around the hotel.

As am American, I'm used to large bathroom facilities. These bathrooms are like cruise shop bathrooms and are much to small for my liking, but this is the norm in japan. This is not a negative, just a personal preference.

The staff was amazing and super friendly! They were able to answer questions quickly and helped with local options for food, parking and attractions.

The room was tiny, but it was enough for 2 people. Not for 2 large bags anymore. Beds comfortable. I appreciate the cleanliness of the room and the location, right next to the main station, but at the same time there was not that much noise. The spa was perfect. It was nice that various extras were available for guests.
