Incorrect charge and staff rung at 10pm at night to inform us. We were asleep. Also gave us a smoking room when they said we would have no smoking.

Onsite car park only accommodates small standard cars. We were told to park at the nearby hospital car park which was expensive.

Hotel is right near a hospital so it’s not a very quiet location and not great for light sleepers. Rooms are an average size for Japan. Bathrooms were a standard size unit bath. Beds were quite comfortable. Rooms have their own heating and cooling.

Breakfast was early for me, I think they cater mostly to business travelers, so it's understandable.

Reasonably close to the train station and centrally located. My partner and I are both foreigners who speak little Japanese, but the staff spoke enough English to make up for it. We were able to extend our stay by a night at a reasonable rate. Spacious rooms.

The manager has informed that in the laundry we wouldn't use any kind of soap or softener, because the machines pu them automatically, but when the cycle finished, the clothes became so hard and didn’t smell like any softener..that's it.

Excellent Hotel, from the people in the reception to the accommodations. Loved it. I recommend this hotel.

Situated on the edge of a grid of streets with temples, restaurants, shops and parks, the hotel is in a great place. Easy walk to the main train station, and parking nearby, and also a great view from the room out to the nearby mountains. Great breakfast!

The laundry was so confused. We can not use detergent or softener to wash the clothes because the machine indicates that it already contains both. But in the end of the operation, the clothes appeared as nothing was used to wash them. That was the only negative point I didn't like.

I liked all about this Hotel. The front desk was perfect. People were so nice. The room was in a good size and so cleaned! Perfect. I recommend to all.

Sound proofing between rooms was not the best, could hear the person in the room next door coughing during the night.

The bathroom is pretty compact, and there is a fingernail on the carpet near the bed - likely from the previous guest. I wonder if the carpet was vacuumed?

The location is within walking distance of JR Station and several eateries. There were 4 washing machines and dryers, which made it convenient to do laundry.

I was charged 2000 yen per 2 rooms per night because booking showed 1 person/room despite I booked 2 twin rooms for 4 guests and the total price showed for 4 guests. I was disappointed.

I love this hotel so much. The room is very comfortable and have a lot of space!! You cant get this kind of room anywhere else in Japan within this price. Good value for money. Good service. The interior is also fantastic. I enjoy the arts in this hotel very much. Lovely view from the hotel. Superb.

The superior twin room we selected was spacious with comfortable beds. It was an easy walk from the train station to the hotel as it's a straight shot between the two places. On a morning stroll, we unexpectedly found a small park along the river. It was peaceful and pretty. We enjoyed the variety of foods offered at breakfast. The tiny persimmon mochi was a sweet way to end the meal. And Cafe Rob adjacent to the hotel entrance is a "must try". The fluffy Japanese pancakes were heavenly--definitely the best I've ever eaten!!
