We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The location, the onsen, the bedroom views, the size of the bedroom but most of all, the hotel staff, they were so kind, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They were so sweet with my daughter too, leaving daily little gifts for her.

Staff were excellent, waited on us hand and foot without us asking. Room and private onsen were incredible, the views of the lake were amazing and the futons were really comfortable.

BelgiumNot really a bad thing, more something to be aware of. You'll get a Japanese breakfast in a little private room. So we were trying to figure out what everything was. My mother didn't really enjoy everything so couldn't enjoy it completely and definitely had to eat something afterwards.
We wanted to try out a traditional Japanese room and everything attached to that. This definitely ticked the boxes. Beautiful and comfortable! Also very nice that we were able to use the private onsen. That for 150 yen/person.

Relaxing place and very nice and helpful staff. Had a nice big room with great view. There is a fun amusement park nearby and other interesting things. Also the dinner and breakfast were amazing and a lot. I was unable to finish it all!

SingaporeI wish they could switch/alternate the onsen for male/female we could experience both baths.
Ryokan was comfortable, staff (especially Kuwaba-san) were very helpful and attentive, and the food was excellent. I left a bag at the Shin Yokoyama car rental station. But i had no worries as the staff arranged for it to be delivered by the next day. The staff found out it was our wedding anniversary and took a nice picture that made for wonderful memories!

We enjoyed our stay at Sansukan Kinryu very much. The room is spacious with separate dining area where you can enjoy the view of Hamana Lake. Japanese breakfast is fabulous and while we are enjoying it the housekeeper turn our mattresses into table with chairs. We really enjoyed zipping good complimentary Japanese green tea with the view of Hamana Lake and blossoming sakura.

Great view out of the property from the room and pretty much everywhere! Plan included 2 meals and my 10 & 6 yr old kids basically got fed 80% of what the adults ate! Felt bad that the younger one was full halfway through the courses, and we all did try to finish what she couldn’t but still had leftovers! Did I mention the quality was excellent as well? Onsen was great too! Almost a full moon and the reflection off the calm lake was something to remember!
