Did not receive the breakfast Bowles we asked for and had to ask twice for wine glasses. These should have been standard in the rooms. Rooms are getting dated, could do with a freshen up

Asked for wine glasses and got drink glasses asked for two Bowles to make our own breakfast and did not receive them. These items should be standard in a room. Also basin plug does not retract. Have to get finger nails under it to free it.

Yes, it is a pity that we are in 2024 and a four star hotel has not rooms accessible for wheelchair. I made my reservation saying that I am in a wheelchair, but none of the rooms the show me has free access to the bathroom, All of them have a step. Finally they gave me one with a ramp but the door entrance was too narrow. I can enter with big effort but inside there was no space for my wheelchair.

Rooms in the Annex building . You felt that you are totally cut off the hotel they have key lock to the rooms instead of access card for the main building .

Breakfast was good . The 2 pillows given was very good. Rooms located at the main building was good. The airport bus stops in front of the hotel.

Considering the hotel rate charged, we were looking forward to a fitness facility at a “grand” hotel. There was none. Pity. Also, an onsen was amiss.

Sapporo Grand was right smack in shopping central. Wow! The room was spacious and well-provided for. Staff was courteous but hesitant to further engage guests. Concierge was very helpful in storing our luggage. No worries about leaving things anywhere in Japan. They will always be where you left them. Mega-relief! Mega-respect!

Parts of the hotel are a little.old, but not maior.

Location is great. Hotel facilities are good. Very good.dinner options and the little bakery shop next to Starbucks inside the hotel was very convenient.

An older style hotel, but very attentive and helpful staff. Very clean and comfortable with good sized rooms. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel is accessible from underground. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The room was clean and the staffs were very helpful. The nice thing about this hotel is its proximity to the bus stop for Airport transfer and its proximity to the city center and JR station, all within walking distance.

Aircon isn't cold despite at 20 degree (cold setting). Can be stuffy in the middle of every night.

Location is good - in between sapporo and odori stations. Many varieties for breakfast (western + japanese style). Room is quite big for their standard.

You can walk underground path all the way to JR Sapporo station. Many nice malls around. Staff are friendly. The room is big.

1. Facial care amenities are great with boy/girl ones but we are 2 girls, would have loved both girl ones :) 2. It is not far to walk from statiin but a little disoriented when we first arrive, so would be great if hotel can provide clear walking direction under the ground

Spacy room with big comfy even for twin beds. Amenity has everything you need. Very convenient from Sapporo station, easy to walk to from train all the way through the underpass to hotel.
