Super friendly staff. Location - quiet but very close to trains/metro. Washing machine/dryer in the apartment - was superb. Small kitchen was exactly what I needed (a small fridge, toaster, plates, utensils). It had an induction cooktop but I did not use it really. Great espresso coffee at the reception!

It was surprisingly small and quite squishy for four (though this was our first visit to Japan). Storage in the room for four bags was a challenge. Not a lot of head room in the bottom bunk bed, and you've got to watch your head.

Very well located. Had everthing you could possibly need, washing/dryer machine, hairdryer. Great to grab a complementary coffee each day. Access code to the building was easy, if arriving after hours.

We had to get amenities at the front desk which could be inconvenient at times. One of the bed was quite small, I wished it was placed with a single King or Queen sized bed instead.

This was the best hotel we stayed at in Japan. The space, cleanliness, location, staff and facilities were exceptional. Space - comparing other hotels we stayed at in Japan, this room layout was luxurious. It really felt like an studio apartment. Cleanliness - from the main foyer, lift, hallways and room, everything was spotless. And the hotel had a great scent. Location - this hotel was close to public transportation and the main shopping area / shrines of Asakusa. Staff - They were friendly and helpful. Facilities - Laundry machine, aircon, fridge, microwave etc. was great too.

Super big room for Japan, the staff was so friendly, the neighborhood was adorable, was a bit far from all the touristy stuff but that was ok with us.

The location is great. Very close to several train lines all within walking distance, and places of interest. Rooms are very spacious and come with everything you need, staff are helpful. Nice quiet back street, Kuramae is a lovely part of Tokyo.

Room size a bit small for a family of 4. and corridor is semi open (facing the back alley and other buildings) so it's cold in winter getting into and out of the room.

Location is okay it's close to both the Asakusa and Kuramae station, about 6 mins walk. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Room is compact but has everything you need, comfy beds, bunk beds for kids, a table for meal, microwave, toaster oven, washing/drying machine, bath, smart toilet.

We had a great experience at Section L Kuramae, aside from the big room, location was quiet and everything we needed was there. Accessible also to train station. front desk people speak english fluently and were very helpful. We will definitely stay again on that place on our next visit to Japan.

Roomy, clean, comfortable for a family of 5, convenient to have in-room washer and dryer and separate toilet and bathing space. Love free nespresso daily. Free umbrellas to borrow for rainy days, great toiletries, strong shower pressure, space is thoughtful in every way.

There's no cleaning during the stay. I understand that it's how Section L operates and have no complaints. But with room service at least once in three days it'd be much better :)

Great friendly staff, nice design, getting into the room with a code is much easier than carrying keycard everywhere. The room is spacious, has good amenities and nice kitchenware. Washing machine with a dryer is great, when you're with two kids.

Really nice and cosy new hotel, that was all that we expected and more. Beds were excellent and the rooms were well equipped and tidy and clean. 24 h reception was a really nice bonus for the apartment hotel.

There's a motion sensor light by the front door that would come on every time someone used the bathroom in the middle of the night and stayed on for over 10 minutes. Wrecked our sleep. The hotel provided instructions on how to turn it off on our last night there. It required pulling something out of the ceiling and adjusting the light. Not at all intuitive. It would have been great to know how to manage the light when we checked in.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, and the mini kitchen was well stocked. My daughter loved the bunk bed.
