The pillows were hard for us. Perhaps have softer pillows available for western guests.

Japanese dinner. As above, the steak was below what is expected. And the service for the Japanese meal was lacking. By the end of the dinner very few dishes were removed. Half the table was littered with dirty glasses and dishes. Very disappointing Room. For whatever reason they gave us a handicapped room. Which was fine except a bathroom (the largest) had a weird mirror, sink etc. Again this was fine but they should have let us know. A family with young kids was above us and their jumping up and down woke us every am at 6. Why not put this family in the Ada room BELOW a couple trying to enjoy quiet time?

Room was lovely. A bit far from town. Spa service was amazing. French dinner was great. Japanese dinner was very subpar. My husbands wagyu was four slices perfectly prepared. Mine was three chunks with inedible gristle. The sushi restaurant was closed.

Everything including facilities, room, service, breakfast was perfect. Room and public hot springs are faced to the ocean so we can enjoy beautiful sunrise and sunset. Room was spacious that there are living room and kitchen. One night was not enough so we would like to come back here!

No dinner included with the reservation. Need to make reservations for dinner at restaurant inside the hotel well in advance. However, you can go elsewhere for dinner.

Rooms were a bit aged. Didnt enjoy dinner as much as the other onsen resorts I've stayed in.

The room was huge and the view is awesome. Staff were super helpful and friendly and went all the way to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

The room is spacious with a private rotenburo. The welcome drink every day is top notch ✨ very nice atmosphere, friendly staff. The shared onsen are very good as well

It was a great buffet breakfast with a mix of western and Japanese foods. I enjoyed it. The scenery at the breakfast area was great too, with the beach and the garden that is visible via the window.

Room was too cold. Staff helped us to adjust the temperature (we thankful for that) but in the morning the temp drop again and we do nothing with the heater

Are you kidding? There isn't one thing that I could fault. It was perfect.

Omg 😲 wow , wow. From the outside of the hotel, it looks lovely, but as soon as we walked into the lobby, it was like an oasis. We waited to get our room organised, and we sat in these beautiful seats surrounded by water. Complimentary drink. Heavenly.

Everything is perfect! The room has the prettiest view ever, along with a very relaxing private bath, eveything inside the room is clean with nice interior design. The food is absolutely delicious. And all the staffs are friendly and helpful with bright smiles, my appreciation to them.

Great onsen with seaview，all room are spacious and with balcony and private onsen. can enjoy sunrise in room. Amazing view from lobby, very helpful staff. beside hotel is a public seaside park also with nice view. 10min by walk from JR station, and a bus station very near which can reach 7 hell onsens.
