The eat&drink-all-you-can dinner was delicious and the food was prepared on order. Menu varied for the two nights. View of the frozen port from the room was calming.

The evening meal was pricy and alternative places to eat limited during the winter.

The location was excellent – we enjoyed a wildlife snow shoeing tour, and eagle viewing during our stay. We had a superb ocean and harbour view from our room. Especially the waves crashing onto the breakwater and freezing. We experienced a major winter storm during our stay which we were able to view from our room. The food was excellent if expensive all inclusive system. When the storm shut down bus and train connections the staff were exceptional helpful in organising a taxi to enable us to make our airport connection on time, despite the very high demand due to the snow disruption.

the slip on shoes provided to walk around the hotel were too small for my feet.

The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous from the moment you walk into the lobby/check in area. The staff are wonderful and go above and beyond to ensure the guests are taken care of; this happened at all times. I wish I could have spent another night to experience more of the facility and the local area as well. The view of the ocean from my room was incredible, especially since it was snowing the entire first day and night I was there.

Beautiful view of the Okhotsk sea. Near the Shiretoko National park where you can have winter treks and activities. Parking is free. There is coin laundry.

The hotel listed it has a restaurant; but when we got there they said it was over 100,00 yen per person. This was double the price of hotel dinners around the area. I was hoping to be able to order off a menu.

Gorgeous hotel, beautiful views, wonderful onsen, lovely snacks and drinks, delicious breakfast. It’s near the national park within quick driving distance. Staff was very friendly!

It was just too expensive. It is slightly stuffy in attitude. We got sea view rooms which were very nice, however the scenery is not all natural as the view is of a harbor with a sea wall.

The location is probably as close to Shiretoko National Park as one can get. The hotel is grand and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Washer dryers worked well for us as we needed to do laundry. The rooftop onsen was nice, although source of water was not made known (whether natural or not). Overall the staff were helpful.

During the 2 nights, the breakfast and dinner buffet offered exact same many without deviation. It would have been better if they change the daily menu.

Not much to fault this hotel , but I noticed while going to the Onsen , there is a notice regarding guest with Tattoos to refrain from going into the Onsen, this may be out of date , as many guests have tattoos as a form of art but not the YAKUZA type . It’s time to change the mind.

It’s an excellent location, with access to many POI . Have a sumptuous range of Buffet ( B’fast & Dinner) I’d recommend half board in this hotel ..

The rooms of the old wing need to be freshened up

Amazing food and one of the best hotels in town - good facilities but a very big hotel so some rooms can end up being quite far from the onsen and restaurant

Everything was amazing the room, the location, especially the food. The Life Kitchen Table buffet was the best we’ve ever had ever and we travel a lot! Each plate was delicious and a piece of art for breakfast and dinner. Loved it and we didn’t wish to leave! The best place and we had 4 nights there. Thank you chefs it was amazing!

great choice to be next to National park- convenient for trips. Great views on the harbour from private balcony with outside plunge pool. Buffet food hall amazing!
