Some of the furniture in the lounge is a bit worn. The check-in process is a little cryptic, some more signage would be an improvement, but it makes sense once you've done it.

Amazing location, right by the station. We wanted to have a capsule hotel experience, and that's what we had. Uniquely Japanese.

It have not enough keys for luggage locker. It have not enough lockers for women spa. The spa is small and only one pool. It needs to keep the keys by staff when going out.

The room is very clean. It have free luggage keeping after check out or check in. The reading rooms are large and relax.

Convenient room, not far from the train station to the airport. There is equipment to use, towels, and pajamas. There is a common area for placing bags and a dining room.

The staff didn't speak English very well, the shared bathroom can be uncomfortable for western travellers, tattoos are not allowed in the bath (we didn't see it mentioned anywhere before).

Very clean and well equipped accommodation. The capsules are comfortable and stylish. If someone wants to try a capsule hotel for one night as an experience - a good choice.

The mattress was OK but a bit thicker would be nice.

The capsule was big and good size safe locker. Nice pillow! Dark curtain. Good temperature and air. Calm and quiet. Very good service, helpful and patient staff, good english or communication. Comfortable Lounge and best of all… awsome traditional bath and a sauna!! Wow!

I wish that there's a dimmer for the lights inside the capsule. It was too bright.

I like the location very much! It's near Ueno and Keisei which is very convenient. The staff were all so helpful and amazing especially Fushimi. I will recommend this hostel to friends.

Location is extremely good. Next to Ueno Train station and right in front of Ueno Park. Surrounded by restaurant and convenient store. Lots of shopping streets nearby. The Onsen area is clean and nice

Really clean! Big Lobby with comfortable armchairs. Many Manga, food and drinks. Bathroom was big and on each floor at least one. Bath is onsen stile with everything you need.

The only issue was the temperature in the dorms. It was so hot. There was a small extractor fan in the pod that gave a little air movement but not much. None of our group slept well because of the heat.

Conveniently located near Ueno station. The facilities were good, towels and toiletries are provided. The pods are spacious and contain a little lockable cupboard. There is an onsen and there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

Cannot use the room for most of the stay. Somedays I just wanted to sleep in a little after a full day of outing but since the rooms needed cleaning, I needed to get out.

The place is clean and inside the capsule room is spacious, theres is a TV and an adequate size locker inside the room.

The heater in the sleeping room was way too hot in the winter. People were loud coming in between 12-1am.

The setup was comfy and the capsule felt quite large. The bathroom facilities were all laid out well and convenient. Luggage areas were useful but didn't have enough locks.

good location close to subway lines and train bound for Narita International Airport. Thousands of restaurants so the only problem you have is you don't know which one you should pick.
