IndiaRoom didn't have any natural light windows. Also there is no option for early check-in or leaving luggage for few hours after check out
The hotel is unmanned but they have kept everything planned and arranged in advance. Room and facilities were top notch and futuristic at some places. Very aesthetic in decor.

Very good location - 7 mintute walk to the station and 10 minute walk to the market from which the other attractions (castle, garden, melonbread etc are at max 20minute walking distance away). The property was very clean and spacious. It contains 3 separate rooms for the following, bathroom and toilet and sink. (It also had a kitchen and a small living room) provided extra amenedies (pijamas, towels, hygiene products)

AustraliaThis property was outstanding, it was so clean and well appointed with complimentary amenities, pjs provided, washing machine and drying room if we had of needed them. So close to the station, and the market and beautiful Japanese gardens. We asked to store bags for an hour to visit the markets on checkout and although we weren’t able to as no front desk, the communication was responded to quickly and we were informed of a very easy solution at bike rental down the street. Beds were really comfortable and checking in was simple and straightforward We really loved our visit to Kanazawa and could easily have stayed longer and would definitely stay here again.

IndonesiaThe room is amazing. It's spacious, clean, and has everything, they even provide pajama for the guest. The bathroom is very spacious, it has large bathub. They provide complete amenities, including face cleansing! Suitable for long stay since it has washing machine including the drying option, best! The kitchen also equipped with oven toaster, microwave, and all the cooking utilities. Location also not quite close from Kanazawa station.

MalaysiaThe kitchen does not have many places to put the washed plates and cups. Also there are only 2 proper beds and 2 foldable beds whereas in the picture it shows 4 proper beds, but the foldable beds work just fine.
Very nice and clean house with lots of space to place your family-sized luggages. Check in was also very easy.

AustraliaOf our 3 weeks in Japan this took the award for BEST accommodation for our family of 5. Despite its compact size every detail was exceptionally thought through and well designed. It is new and clean with an amazing bathroom, washing machine, & usable kitchen. Great smart TV and Wi-Fi. Handy location to the train station and associated shopping & eating precinct. (Kids loved the cheap German Bakery.) Even though the earthquake had closed many of the top attractions, holidaying here was a joy. A not far walk is the Nomura-ke Samurai Residence, for a serene transportation to another time. This accommodation comes HIGHLY recommened !!

AustraliaBecause it is a self-service hotel, there is no reception to store your luggage. If you would like to do a bit sightseeing after check out, you will need to haul your luggage to the nearest coin locker.
The hotel is ideally located 5 mins away from the JR station. It is a complete self-service hotel with ultra modern fittings throughout the room. A small kitchen but it is well equipped with all cooking utensils.
