Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SingaporeThis is more to flag to those planning their stay with friends and families. I had a superior double room to myself. While the bed and bathroom are comfortably-sized, it was a challenge to place my large suitcase. Understand space is a premium in Japan so this would be something we have to manage.
The location is excellent, with train station and several shopping malls and eateries located within walking distance. The room is clean and the staff are most helpful and friendly.

Absolutely 10/10! I forgot my handbag in the room when I checked out and they tried everything they could do to reach out to me to return my bag! The location is superb, close to everything, food, subway, shopping malls. The room is super clean and spacious considering the price. I would definitely come back if I visit Fukuoka again!!

SingaporeHousekeeping was done only on alternate days resulting in trash not cleared. Therefore, soiled baby's diapers and leftover baby's food resulted in unpleasant smell in the room.
Front desk staff were exceptionally approachable and helpful by assisting us in booking and arranging for the bags to be loaded onto the taxi. Will definitely return to your hotel for our next visit, Location wise, it is centrally located in the city center. Transportation was convenient as the bus terminal is just within walking distance and bus stops just outside the hotel.

Excellent location with bus terminal on 3rd floor in same building, subway station at basement, underground shopping at basement and connection to endless malls and shops. Rooms are very well maintained and clean. Hotel cleaning team had put in excellent effort. Rooms are very spacious.
