Cutting boards are too small, only one big knife could be good to have severals, we stayed 3 nights so we quickly ran out of paper plates.

It’s incredibly hard to get into. There is a code sent to you by email, but it actually doesn’t get you into the room, when you get there you have to scan a QR code and fill in a form; but the web version does not work so you have to download an app called line and fill in the form that way. Then you get a new QR code which you scan to get let into the room. Unnecessarily difficult and we were in the cold for a good 15 minutes trying to figure it out. Our neighbour across the way who was a lovely Japanese lady came over to try and help us. The people in the room next to us also really struggled. Very silly system, not sure why they can’t use a silly code entrance or an old fashioned key in a box like a lot of these places do.

Property is very cute and close to Mt Fuji. Beds are comfortable and good for 4 people in the living room.

The stairs might be one of the disadvantages if you are staying with elderly. There seems like there is no air circulation in the toilet, so it is a bit stuffy.

The house in general is really nice, especially the camping chair that allows you to enjoy the view of Mount Fuji. the view is spectacular.

Camping villa and like at home, having kitchen and laundry. Have cooking or BBQ and drink coffee or tea with friends . Separate shelf block help to keep personal hygiene items.

Based on description I thought there would be two full bathrooms (toilet and shower). There was only one toilet and two showers.

We encountered problems on checking in so we contacted the customer service number and the staff told us she will confirm our booking first and cut the phone call immediately. It was cold outside and we tried to call the customer service many time but it took 30minutes before they answer the phone and help us open the door. We got problems on checking in but our overall stay was awesome.

The property was clean and stylish. They have everything you need for barbecue party. The wifi connection is very good and they have a smart TV which you can play movies from your phone.

Japan tends to have very narrow stairs so we could not bring our heavy luggage upstairs. We also found having 2 showers side by side not what we were hoping for when the listing said 2 toilets. In our language toilet refers to the WC. No early check in was also a problem for us.

It was quiet and serene with a beautiful interior that was well maintained. The option to wake up and cook a hot breakfast or a hot late night snack was greatly appreciated as well

Like most houses in Japan there is no centralized heating, so in areas such as the bathroom or other spaces it was really cold. We kept the heat on the entire time to stay warm.

We had a fantastic stay, the view of Mt Fuji is fantastic and we're right near the station and a local restaurant.

The drive to the villa might be a bit difficult to navigate, and drive into (narrow roads). When it gets dark, it also gets very dark so there is not much to explore at night as you are far away from the town center of Fuji.

The view towards Mount Fuji was STUNNING in the morning. Imagine waking up to look at Mount Fuji at a close up view! There is literally nobody around (like crowd-wise) you, so it will be peaceful for you to sip coffee in the morning and just soak in the atmosphere. The room was so spacious! There was 4 beds ready to sleep in, but there are a possibility to set up another 4 more beds around the villa. This is somewhere you can expect to host a big group of people so as to minimise your spending on accommodations when travelling with friends. There is 2 stories, where you can separate playing and resting in the villa. There is 2 showers, which is a lifesaver as we are able to finish showering so much faster.
