We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

ThailandThe amenities are very modest compared to the high price we paid during our stay. There's not even a welcome drink of tea on arrival. No other amenities like toothbrush or bath salt offered like most decent hotels in Japan. We wanted to support the hotel business by eating in, but the restaurant was said to be fully booked for dinner, although we hardly saw anyone at the time.
The building facility and the rooms were nicely designed. The hotel is modern, warm, and cozy.

The dinner was simple and good. We had Pork shabu... and a small buffet breakfast that was good.. a mix of western and japanese.. So its good to book with dinner and breakfast. Hotel is just 2mins walk away from a big drug store that sells everything... .glad I chose this hotel.. as i only needed a place to rest and stopover for my long driving trip from west to east of kyushu.

FranceMinimum facilities - restaurant is v small so they cannot accept many for dinner (must book before arrival and even then you may get a table as there is not enough room for all guests - not great as there are few food options in the town at night on certain days of the week). Don't bother with breakfast - v few tables so often have to wait for one; Japanese buffet not great, identical every day; not cheap). Not really what we expected for the price. Hotel architect seems to have been more concerned with beauty than practicality for guests (there is an enormous empty space for the vestibule, part of which would have been better used by making the restaurant a bit bigger).
