Only faults i could find was a need for a little modernisation for the hotel rooms. Usb wall charge points, a smart TV that can link up to phones and a bigger mini fridge.

Excellent location, breakfast was varied and ample, bedrooms were very big as well. Loads of amenities and even offered massages. Just overall everything was great.

The bathroom was clean but had a never ending stench, almost like a sewage tank would but less strong. Tried airing out the bathroom with their in-room humidifier (since the bathroom itself doesn't have built in fans for ventilation) but didn't help much. Just kept the door propped open with a trash can. Seemed to help. The dryer never dried my clothes after 6 cycles. Tried splitting the load and even took out what few items felt dry before starting another dry cycle but, after hours of drying, items were still wet and ended up hanging everything to dry so I could finally leave the hotel and explore with what was left of the day.

Staff were friendly. Check in/out process was very easy via machine. A very hassle-free hotel. A great price for a great location that's walking distance to Kyoto station and a bus that took me straight to the airport terminal at KIX.

Breakfast menu is alot like lunch. Pretty heavy for the stomach. However there’s alot of variety and they tasted great!

Central location, right in front of JR Kyoto station, with nearby malls, restaurants, and konbinis. Great staff, very accommodating Great amenities (money exchange machine, you can even borrow hair tools and chargers) Room is bigger than usual hotels in Japan for a solo traveler

There is no restaurant attached to the hotel but the breakfast offered was very decent and there were excellent food choices nearby.

The staff were always courteous and super helpful and the JR Kyoto station was stone's throw from the hotel . The room was very clean and the shower was very decent, would definitely consider staying here again.
