The only negative thing is that the window cannot be open, but I think this is something usual for Japan.

The hotel is 20 minutes walking distance from Gion, in a very quite, but also beautiful area, close to bus station and metro station. Also, 20 minutes walking distance to the central station. The hotel is very clean, everything seemed to be new, the room is bigger that the one we had in Sotetsu Fresa Inn Tokyo. The bed was very comfortable and big, the bathroom had all the amenities you need.

The window on my room couldn't open and was locked. That's the only real issue I had.

Room was good, very clean, and in a decent location. Room size is pretty standard but you can store bags under the bed which helped a lot. The bed is more comfortable than most Japanese beds. Value for money is really the highlight here. It's a pretty decent hotel and very worth it in my opinion. It's about a 10-20 minute walk from Gion. They also have Netflix and YouTube for anyone who needs some downtime.

This was my favorite hotel in my visit to Japan. All the hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel and the room were very clean. The size was average for Japan but functional. They have the forward luggage service that is super useful when traveling within Japan. Also it's very well located between two subway stations.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is near the train station and the rooms are slightly bigger than expected. Lots of free toiletries provided by the hotel to the guests. The hotel also provided a good breakfast menu.

We stayed at Sotetsu Fresa in every city (Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka) for this trip and we like this one the most out of all three places. The room and bathroom seemed cleaner. The bed is definitely bigger and more comfortable. The room itself has a better layout where we can lay our two luggages flat. The location is pretty nice too. Not too far from the closest subway. Overall, I'm happy with my stay here.

Nothing bad to talk about.

The location was very conveniently close to Gojo Station (about 5 minutes' walk), and about 20 minutes' walk to attractions like Kiyomizu Dera. There are also a variety of restaurants, convenience store and grocery stores around the area. My room was clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable - which was something to look forward to after long days of walking and sightseeing. All of the staff I encountered were very helpful and accommodating. They also arranged a luggage transfer to my hotel in Osaka, so it was much easier to travel between cities without worrying about carrying too many bags. I've traveled to a few cities already and this hotel was probably my favourite. I'll definitely keep it in mind on my next trip to Japan!

The size of the room is pretty much standard so it’s a bit small with 4 luggage for 2 people. Thankfully we could store them underneath the bed.

The hotel was very clean, with friendly and helpful staff! The room was clean and had everything you needed (towels, hair dryer, mini fridge, TV, etc.). Amenities and pyjamas were provided on the lobby. The breakfast buffet was simply amazing, with both Japanese and Western options! The hotel is also in central Kyoto, and there are metro stations close by.

Central location to explore Nagoya. Nice and helpful staff, good breakfast. Luggage storage worked well in support of our afternoon leave from the town. Overall we had a comfy, well equipped room which served all needs of a one night stay.
