Rooms and bathrooms are very very small. Very uncomfortable, but would be ideal for solo or couple travelling.

I walked past it twice when trying to locate it. It’s quite tucked away with a very small sign, which made it difficult to locate. There was visible damage to the bare boxspring(? It didn’t look like a book spring I’ve seen before) which made me a little leery. Linen quality was so so.

Excellent location for public transit—bus or subway. The reception was very nice, amenities available when you check in. The laundry room was convenient and appreciated (tho I believe one unit worked better than another bc I ran two small loads in different machines during my stay and got drastically different results). A single room was actually large enough for me AND all my luggage which was a pleasant surprise. The shower pressure was good and tub depth was nice as well.

Breakfast needs time to get since it is based on the menu to serve, however, it is okay after we know the procedures on the first day. We could overcome this problem on the other days. Nothing more to say what I don't like.

The location is very close to Toyocho railway station so it is easy to get there. There are also few food stalls that we can get whenever necessary as well as a family mart next door. The room is pretty small that we cannot move around freely, however, it is very clean with complete amenities. The receptionist are superb. They are young but very helpful to serve the customers. Thanks very much for your assistance particularly related to my shoes problem. They also prepare some tools that we can borrow if needed.

While the beds were mostly comfortable, two of them had noticeable wear and tear.

The room was spacious for our family, although one bed was a sofa bed, which was a little hard. The value was very good for Tokyo. If driving and staying for more than one night, I recommend Paraca, which is about a 5-10-minute walk from the hotel. Ask the hotel about it. Some restaurants are in the area, but it is better to book ahead for some of the better ones. Saizeriya is downstairs, which is always popular with kids.

Location was very good as it’s very near to the train station making it so accessible to go anywhere. Nearby there’s a lot of nice food restaurants and also family mart, 7 eleven and Lawson. You can request another pillow if you think one pillow is not enough :) overall it was a very good experience!

One minute walking from the subway station. The room is a bit small & narrow but comfortable. Great facilities. Got a lot of complimentary amenities.

Room slightly small, partly because the sofa felt redundant since I'm just lying on the bed whenever I'm in the room. Bathtub is also a bit short for me (my height is 183cm).

Clean room, comfy bed (fairly big for 1 person), and has a bathtub. Also love the free amenities they provide (i.e. free coffee/tea and bath powder and more). Outside of the room conditions, it's about a 1 min walk from Toyocho Metro station (very easy to travel around), has 1 big convenience store opposite the hotel, and a Macdonald chain about 3-5 min walk away.

There was mould in the bathroom wall. This was not good for health and bathroom smelt.

The bathtub was wide by Japan standards. Transport is easy with bus and train stops nearby. Restaurants and supermarkets in walking distance. Staff were polite and helpful.

The room was very small, especially for a two-week visit. Also, hardly any space to work from the room at a very small desk and hardly any room between the desk and the bed.

The hotel is right beside toyocho station. surroundings there are many restaurants and Konbini. It is 45 mins to Haneda airport via public transport. Breakfast is modest but still delicious. While the room is not spacious (like most hotel in tokyo) but it is nicely set up and can accomodate our 4 lugages! Staff is not to mention are all lovely!

For the price this is a reasonable hotel. The rooms are small but very clean. There are no frills. We have stayed here before and would do so again.
