Amazing and very nice place! The hosts were very hospitable and friendly. The room was spacious according to Japanese standards and had everything you needed. The location of the hotel is good, there are several metro stations nearby.

I was researching hotels for a five-night stay in Tokyo and sent inquiries to three hotel I reserved on Booking.com. Only Hotel Yuni responded with clear and precise information, promptly addressing my questions. Impressed by their clarity, I decided to keep my reservation with Yuni. Upon checking in, I was blown away by the manager's warm reception and the welcoming manner. As it was our first visit to Japan, we had numerous queries. The managers at Yuni went above and beyond answering our questions and ensure our comfort throughout the five days. The level of service we received was comparable to that of a Ritz Carlton. I have stayed at many hotels, but I cannot recall ever being taken care of as well as we were at Yuni. Additionally, the hotel provided all the amenities a guest could need. I will recommend and promote hotel Yuni to anyone, in a heartbeat!

Be prepared to the loud toilet pipe, but everything else was very good!

The place is a real gem, hotel owner was very kind and caring by giving us a lot of advices. The location of the hotel is the best you can hope for, because it is located in the middle of the city. Room was clean and tidy, beds were comfy. Despite the fact that the room was small, it is perfect for those who plans to spend all day walking around Tokyo and return to have comfortable sleep and rest.

This is the best value for money we have ever experienced. Clean rooms and an amazing location, 3 min walk from the station. The lady who helped us was also amazing and recommended a beautiful street with amazing food - which we visited and it was our favourite meal of our whole trip. Definitely book this place

wouldn't say this is something i didn't like but potential stayers should be aware of the slope you have to walk up to get to this hotel! tbh a good exercise everyday but just for people to be aware incase you have any elderly or physically limited family members that this is probs not gonna be easy!

the host is extremely friendly and hospitable to everyone who stays there. though rooms may be a tad bit smaller than usual hotels, she has thought of extra amenities for issues such as a dedicated luggage space for every room. upon checking in, she also introduces the neighbourhood to you and gives suggestions for lunch places or other areas that aren't as well known to tourists. oh and the station is right in the middle, so you can expect to get to all popular areas in 30 mins or less

The staffs are friendly. Aside from the slopes, the places are conveniently close to metro stations. I will surely return and introduce all of my friends to this wonderful, comfortable flat. Importantly, lodging costs are reasonable.

As the name itself suggests, Yuni Hotel is really comfortable! It has that kind of vibe where you feel at ease and you just look forward to coming back to after a full, tiring day of sightseeing Tokyo. The hotel is in the heart of Tokyo, just in the middle, conveniently located in Shinjuku City. The hosts Yun and Sal (hopefully I didn't mispell their names} were one of a kind. They were very hospitable and helpful from start to end. Yun offered us a delicious yuzu tea as soon as we arrived and she explained in details the hidden places to visit around Izakaya, places like Kagurazaka for example, of which we wouldn't probably know the existence if it weren't for her! Whenever we needed help and asked the hosts, they were more willing to help and even go the extra mile! The hotel was really clean and cute, there's even a manga bookshelf at the entrance, so you can indulge yourself in that if you can read a bit of japanese. There is also a terrace where we enjoyed having breakfaxt every morning before our outings! The hotel also offers free tea bags, free coffee and free toliletries, and there's a washing mashine and a dryer you can use for few hundred yen as well. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Yuni Hotel Comfortable Stay and we'd definiltely come back!next time around too!

Yuni is a very lovely owner who is always eager to help. She has great tips for places to visit or restaurant recommendations. The rooms are big (for Toyko standards) and have all you need. Highlight for me was the very comfy and soft bed. Second highlight is the rooftop where you can enjoy a nice view of Tokyo in the night. I can highly recommend this hotel.

The toilets were a bit old without any bidet system. The hotel was also situated on top of a hill which may prove challenging for elderly or PWD guests.

Yuni-san was very hospitable and caring for all her guests. She even gave us a great overview of what to do/eat around the Ichigaya area. The hotel itself was cozy and was a great place to hang out with friends or meet other guests. The hotel was also located near Ichigaya station, which was arguably in the middle of all the major Tokyo attractions, which made transportation a breeze.

It is located up a rather steep hill from the train station and was a bit of a struggle with our heavy luggages. However, that's the only downside! It's worth it for a very good location and lovely host.

Very central location, just one stop away from the Yamamote line and an easy train transfer to many of the main attractions in Tokyo. Very close to the station as well, just a 7 minute walk with many restaurants and convenience stores located nearby. The hosts are very kind, it seems to be a family-owned hotel and they are super helpful and gave us so much information on amenities nearby and good restaurants.

It's a great little hotel in a perfectly central location with easy access to Kagurazaka, Shinjuku, Shibuya. The Ichigaya station is just 5min walking distance, which makes it very convenient to reach many destinations within Tokyo including the Studio Ghibli in Mitaka. The hosts of this hotel were very attentive and friendly. It had a familiar feeling, which we as a family always appreciate. We loved this hotel and we think its the best value for money in Tokyo!

- The owners were extremely welcoming and helpful, they were always ready to give us advice for the food or transportation. They even made us a nice tea when we arrived, which was perfect to warm us up. Big up to Yun and Shin (hope I didn't make any mistakes)!! - Location was excellent, very close to the center. Next to a station as well. - Room was clean and spacious, and was actually more spacious than all our other hotel rooms. Very comfortable. - Price was good, and taking everything into account, it was excellent value for money. - Lots of restaurants or snacks nearby for when you come back after a long day. Perfect to eat and quickly be at your hotel. There were konbinis close by as well.
