Minor inconveniences, the accommodation do not have elevator but the stairs are not steep either. Abit of a climb if you bring along heavy luggage.

Mrs Yun (one of the owners) was very accommodating & had been super helpful during our stay. Location is good, few mins away from Ichigaya Station, 24hours convenient store, restaurants, pharmacy & others. It also have coin laundry machines at the basement & a rooftop balcony for viewing the entire neighborhood. The rooms are quite spacious too & clean. A quiet neighborhood.

Very close to central ichigaya station. Staff is extremely nice, has tips for the restaurants nearby. They speak and understand english language. The rooms are spacious and clean.

At arrival Yuni gave us a warm welcome. She offered us tea, our bags were brought to our room and gave explanation about Tokyo and surroundings. Room was big enough for 2, it was clean and beds were good. Yuni helped us having a pleseant stay. Thanks!

The room was a bit cramped. Definitely recommend for single travellers. We didn’t spend that much time in the hotel room so the small size was fine.

Facilities are worn-out. The washing sink and the table were not sealed so after I washed hands, water leaked from the sink. The room is too small for guests with large baggages. We could hardly find space for them.

Unfortunately there is a construction going on beside the property and they were drilling on our 1st day, it was really loud. However on the ff days, there were no more drilling/excavations so we weren't woken up by the machines. They dont work overnight so we never had trouble sleeping.

I liked that for the entire week we had a comfortable stay and the accessibility to the public transportation, restaurants and shops. Room - the bed was comfortable. There was only 1 pillow per bed but I asked for an extra. The room was spacious for me as we were able to open all our luggage and it didnt feel crowded. Fridge in the room was spotless. There was a closet with plenty of hangers ( i was happy about that since we were able to organize our clothes). I also liked that you can store a lot in there. So when you go back from all shopping, its not all scattered on the floor. There was a mini coffee table,its compact and functional. I would have loved a full sized mirror in the room though. Bathroom was clean and just the right size. We were not once disturbed by noise from other rooms/guests. You would hear faint sound of people walking on the upper floor but that's it. Amenities- The iron, kettle & microwave were in the amenities area per floor. I liked that they were all just there if you need them. Other properties, you have to ask for it from the reception every time. There's complimentary coffee& tea in there too. There's a laundry area on the basement. There's a rooftop where you can just chill. The lobby area was spacious enough and a good place to chat w other guests Location - its very near the ichigaya station ( 4 lines run there: shinjuku line, chuo-sobu line, namboku line & yurachuko line). The station itself has a convenience store, starbucks, japanese/western fusion restaurant, bread/pastry store & uniqlo store on the ground level. There's a 24/7 supermarket, drugstore, convenience stores, salon, plenty of variety of restaurants, cafes, muji, daiso, all within a good 5 min walk or less from the property. Although i might say the walk back to the property after a whole day out is quite a workout however if you take uber/taxi then its fine. Host - the host is always smiling.

It takes time to the water on the bathroom floor to clear up.

The staff were really nice they were answering all our questions will pleasure. On one cold day they even brought us a spicial tea to our room. Definitely we will stay there again! 😄

Value for prize given Yuni‘s location, room size, and comfort level are exceptional. Everything was very good. On top of all, the staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and supportive. Highly recommended.

The hotel is situated uphill, so not convenient for kids and old people? But if you're young at heart, do it!

It's very convenient. Near to the train station, easy to find and accessible. The owner is very nice and accommodating. Check in and check out is a breeze.

This was my 1st hotel in my Japan tour. I had an excellent first impression. The receptionist was very friendly and could speak English. The location is very convenient. There are many convenient stores around and only 5 minutes walk to the Ichigaya Station. The hotel is also good with free wifi and passcode to access the room. I kept my luggage there even after I checked out because I had plans to travel some places and collected the luggage in the evening. Overall, 5 star rating.

Handy to train station. Room is small but adequate for our group of three as only there to sleep and shower.. Lovely staff made us feel very welcome. Price was great.

A building was being actively demolished for the 2 weeks I stayed at the hotel. So I'd be woken up to heavy machine noises every weekday. That's not the fault of the hotel of course! I think they're almost done (probably just another week of work) and it should be fine for a while.

Great location, near all necessary amenities (5m walk to subway, 24/7 supermarkets & restaurants) Friendly and helpful staff. They stayed up late to welcome me when I arrived in Haneda in the wee hours of the night. My room was relatively small but comfy. Sound proofing was pretty good as I rarely heard my neighbors. Hotel staff often asked how they could make my stay more comfortable and they actually achieved that.

Our whole experience at the hotel was brilliant. Staff were excellent and willing to help with any queries. Bedroom and bathroom were clean and spacious - bed was comfy and amazing. Location was great, 10 min walk to subway!

Walking up the hill + steps after a long day. But the super super lovely staff apologized profusely for it, which wasn’t necessary. I would consider booking again.

Loveliest staff ever. They went above and beyond to help, incl carry our luggage up the stairs and gave lots of info about public transport, the area and a perfect tip about a really fun and cheap izakaya resto down the streets (see pics). The area is ‘normal’, but plenty good places around to eat, plus a few 24h shops / supermarket. Most things open till late. 7-8min walk from station, which means 20-30min door to door to many of the sights.
