There was a weird smell on our floor. Not gross, just weird. But it wasn’t in the room. The washer/dryer unit was difficult to understand/use without instructions or prior knowledge. My friend and I needed to do laundry but only one of us was able to actually use the machine because we couldn’t figure it out and the drying part was set for 4+ hours?

Very comfortable, great location next to the station and plenty of food options nearby. Great value.

Very clean and considered spacious with 2 double beds! The area is very quiet and the room is quite soundproof. I love the double security at the door and check-in was quite smooth. The location is good too, It's just less than 5 minutes walk from the kagoshima chuo station and convenient store just nearby.

Not a lot of counter space in kitchen but this is common in Japan. Two queen beds in the room is a bit much for two people but it would be great for a family. TV mounted in a bad position to watch from the bed. Turning on "clothes drying mode" in the bathroom caused a rattling noise in the ceiling.

Great location and value for money (£90 for two nights). Self check-in simple enough. Good washing machine/ dryer and bathroom. Air con was good. Decent kitchen area but you won't be using it much with all the great food available in Kagoshima.

Maybe that it was such a compact little space, with hardly room to move around in the apartment. There was a sliding door to the balcony but not accessible because the 2 beds were blocking the way, but it would have been nice to have access to that.

No breakfast or meals provided with the booking but the facility had a well equipped kitchen in order for us to make our own meals if we wanted. Location was convenient, but it was hard to locate initially since we were tired from traveling 10+ hours and it was dark when we got to the station. But once we found the place, I was very happy with the location and it being central to get to other places. Very near the train station. Our apartment was very neat, clean and instructions were provided on how to operate the various appliances.

It is an unmanned hotel, although we encountered some minor problems during check-in. However, the hotel provided iPad through which we could connect with the staff, so the issues were not significant.

The accommodation's proximity to Chuo Station and the nearby food street was incredibly convenient. The actual rooms matched the photos shown, and the bathroom was spotlessly clean.The mattress is plush and well-cushioned, providing excellent support for a restful night's sleep. It's truly a delight to sink into the bed after a long day of activities, making it one of the standout features of the hotel. Our room even offered a stunning view of Sakurajima. Overall, our experience was perfect, and we felt it was one of the best value options available.

The lift is a bit small, and the pillow too hard.

Very comfortable place to stay. The bed is the best we've had so far in Japan (albeit the pillows are too hard and thick). The apartment is spacious, clean and has all the amenities anyone needs for a short stay. The location is superb, just a stone throw away from Kagoshima JR station, and there are plenty of car rental services nearby. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to Kagoshima.

Very clean apartment conveniently located within walking distance from the station, restaurants, supermarkets. Stayed there for 3 days and made days trips. I have not used the kitchen other than make a coffee, can t tell how equipped it is.

A weird smell outside of the room but inside the rooms there was no smell.

Super close to the bus station for us to get our multiple large and heavy suitcases onto the airport bus. Cheaper than the Solaria above the bus station. Spacious. Good facilities that we didn't get to use but for people staying multiple nights, it's useful.

The property asks guests to check in online before arrival, but the process is not easy. Having to provide a photo was very difficult, as it was not explained how you can upload one and my laptop could not take one. I received a code to enter the building the day before arrival and then received the code to enter the room when I checked in on a tablet inside the building. I was anxious about all of this and worried I would not be able to get into the room. The email with the code was very confusing, with the same information repeated for many pages many times, in Japanese and in English and it wasn't easy to decipher. It all worked out in the end, but I will not choose to stay in a property without humans around next time. We were staying on the 8th floor and one morning the lift didn't move: we had to walk and discovered that the cleaners were keeping the lift stuck where they were cleaning. This is not acceptable. What to do with 'trash' was confusing, with no clear explanations and unclear pictures of what is trash and what is 'burnable', at least not clear for non-Japanese people. Finally, a tea towel was not provided, which is very odd considering that so much else was provided.

Well equipped, including washing machine-dryer. It provided just about everything needed in the kitchen (except a tea towel!) and bathroom, including toothpaste and toothbrush and slippers. The windows and balcony door were fitted with mosquito nets, which was excellent, as we have stayed in Tokyo in a hotel without them and have had real problems. The hotel is exceptionally well located, only a minute from the airport shuttle terminal and a few minutes from Kagoshima Central Station and two big shopping centres and from a district of excellent little and very reasonably priced restaurants.
