The house was spotless and well-organized. The bathroom facilities are new and clean. We could see Fuji from the window and that was a great experience. There are markets and Kombini nearby. The room fitted the family very nicely.

The parking lot was a bit hard to find and access. The parking lot entrance has a large curb with no ramp so it was a bit difficult to drive the car into it.

Great property. The view of Mt. Fuji was great. Giant windows on the 2nd floor facing Fuji with no obstructions. Very clean and modern. Walkable to the shops downtown.

very good location: close to train station (walking distance). the house is new and spacious, and beautifully designed. the view on mt fuji is unbeatable. self checkin and checkout were super easy.

The location is good but the walk from the station is a bit uncomfortable as it’s the only road in the whole of Japan which didn’t have a side wall so dragging luggage was a bit of an issue. The approach to the property is a peddled path on which you can’t drag the luggage to that was a bit of an issue And there was no sign or board to point that we were at the right location

Great stay. The view of fuji isn’t as great as other open properties as it’s in the middle of a few houses but it’s still very nice. They have a very modern dining area, great kitchen, the Tv has Netflix and a classic Japanese style sleeping room which was great as part of the experience

The front door of the house on the ground floor is made of transparent glass and lacks curtains. This lack of privacy can be inconvenient when moving from the room to the bathroom, especially at night. Improving this aspect would make the place even more perfect. Rental fees for bicycles in Japan are relatively expensive.

The B&B is located in a residential area, offering a great environment. It's not far from the train station and there are convenience stores and restaurants nearby.

Nothings all was good. Just if you can, put a sign to have a distinct mark between the 2 appartements 👍

The place was very good with a perfect view of the Mt Fuji, what a place to wake up with that sight 👀 The appartement was really good equiped and the futon was good. There is no noises from outside and the city was calm. You have all the facilities around the town (restaurant, convenient store, parking. etc) If you come in train you have like 20min of walk but its chill. +1 for the reactivity of the staff

1. Not friendly for senior people because dining/living roon on the second floor with steep stairs. And couldn’t even drop off senior people at the property entrance because the neighbor is so mean and rude as we stoped at the entrance just to drop off 2 senior people (80 years old using walking sticks) before went to park our car at the property parking which is further away, the neighbor came out from his house and shouted to us and chased us away. We thought he was afraid we would park our car in front of his house, we tried to explain politely that we just dropped off our parents and we would park our car at the property parking lot, it should take less than 5 minutes. But he didn’t stop shouting no matter how much we apologized sincerely and even he obviously saw our parents got off the car using their walking sticks trying to get off as fast as they can. We feel so sad and haven’t expected this situation. So this property might not be suitable for senior people. 2. Futon is so thin and uncomfortable at all, you can feel the hard of the floor causing bad sleep.

The walls are a bit thin and we had a noisy family next door so found it hard to sleep the first night until they did - the host did ask them to be more quiet though when we told him.

The house was very conveniently located for the train station and restaurants. It was clean and spacious.
