Best place we have ever stayed. Akira was so welcoming, showing us how everything worked. Su h attention to detail. The room was clean and well appointed with absolutely everything we needed. The kitchen are within the room was perfect and had everything. Would highly recommend this hotel. Well positioned to local trains, sights and shops.

Our room was Lower ground floor so not too much light in the room, but fine for a short stay.

Attentive and helpful staff members and the room was spacious with a big bath and lots of facilities including cooking area and coffee machine. Great location, comfy bed.

The first night there, there was a constant buzzing sound which made it almost impossible for me to get a sound sleep. I later found out it was the ventilation in the bathroom which you can turn off. Once I worked that out, my sleep was fine.

Location is good. It is around a 10 min walk to two different rail lines. The only downside I found was that with any trip, you almost had to transfer at Shinjuku station to another line which is a minor inconvenience. Otherwise great location & more space than a standard hotel. Also, I was traveling with my adolescent son. We were able to reserve two single beds, & there was free washing & dry cleaning facilities. No need for detergent as it is provided.

Mentioned to the owner that I thought the comforter was too thick as it is at just about every Hotel and Airbnb I stay but that maybe that's just me.

It was a good location in Shinjuku and not too far of a walk to get to restaurants and shopping. Plus the airport limousine bus pick up was only 5 minutes away so made a very convenient. It was also quiet down a small alley so slept well

Great location—near the train station and konbinis in the quiet part of Shinjuku. Spacious clean room, comes with a kitchenette. Laundry is also available for use. Akira san helped us transfer our luggages to Kyoto as well. Overall excellent service.

Location is great but little walk from metro station ( if you have metro pass and can only be used metro line.)

The owner is friendly, and the room is spacious and clean. The bed is really comfortable. Laundry room is free and can be accessed 24 hr.

The rooms were good size for a couple with room to move around. Laundry was easy accessible within the premises which was very helpful.
