The hotel is on a quite busy avenue. I was on the 3rd floor and there was a lot of noise. The ventilation system was somehow bringing more noise in. The staff at the reception was very kind to give me a big tape to put around the ventilator to reduce it. I am neither a light sleeper, nor a heavy one, but that solution worked for me and didn't affect at all the comfort of my stay there!

The facade of the building and reception area was a bit dingy, which wasn't an issue, just a little unexpected considering the photos online.

Location was good, just a stop from Hiroshima JR and walking distance to the peace monuments & museum, with restaurants along the way. The staff was friendly and personable, and very helpful with restaurant suggestions.

The hotel was very close to Hiroshima Castle and Shukkeien Gardens. It was close to a tram line although it was still walking distance to other sites. The hotel was very clean and the bath was wonderful after a long day out and about. The staff were quick to anticipate our needs including offering umbrellas on a wet day. Leaving our luggage in storage on arrival and departure was very helpful.

Minor complaint was a little bit far from public transport when going to Hiroshima station.

Very friendly staff, very clean and comfortable room. Was one of my best stays during my trip to japan and mid range hotels. After some of the other 3 and 4 star hotels this one felt like 5!

- The location is alright but nothing special. - Single Small elevator.

- Large suite with separate toilet to the bath tub. - The bathroom has a heating mode which can be used to dry cloths in the washroom. - Loft area that is nice to chill in.

The room setup is a bit unusual, but its not a problem. Toilet room was a bit tight but also not a problem.

No facilities at all for the kitchen, didn’t cause too much trouble for myself as I didn’t need any, but others might, think you may need to ask for them.

Great location. Not fair from two train stations and not far to walk to different sights. Bed comfortable, and entire place was very clean. Cute little balcony and decent size for Japan. Didn’t speak much with staff, but those I did were friendly.

It is very close to both the JR and bullet train tracks, and you can feel the vibrations when the bullet train goes by. It's really not bad but if you really hate the noise of trains you might notice it.

The room was very large, especially by business hotel standards, and for a very good price. Honestly gives the vibes of a nice apartment building that was turned into a hotel. Closeness to public transport a big plus, not far from Shinhakushima station and and less than a block from the closest bus stop and the end of one of the tram lines is just past that.

We stayed on two non-consecutive nights. The hotel stored our bags and then had them in our room when we arrived for our second stay. My son also locked out room key in our room. They had no problem giving us another key.

Not a whole lot of shopping opportunities immediately close to the hotel.

Excellent room at the top floor, very spacious, quick check-in. Lots of good okonomiyaki restaurants around and not a long walk to the castle and peace memorials. Good bath as well.

Could use more pillows or possibly larger pillows. Other than that, there are no other complaints.
