The mattress was so hard I barely got any sleep. I'm not picky at all, and I'm not exaggerating when I say it was the hardest bed I've ever slept on.

There was no air con in the room, or there was a type of ventialtion/ air con with preset heat settings. This hindred us in using the air con on a hot night, and we had to keep our window open to cool off… but then we heard trains passing by. If they had a better air con system it would be amazing!

Great hotel! Located close to the subway and you can walk to Nara Park in less than 20 minutes. Kind and helpful staff, comfy but small room. We are satisfied with our stay :) 24/7 front desk.

Breakfast was not included in the price. I think the breakfast price was a bit too pricey. Better buy something from konbini for your breakfast.

The price was very affordable for the very strategic location. It is within walking distance to the station. The room size was enough for one person. The room and the bathroom were comfortable. The view from the 11th floor was good as well.

The washing machine is, compared to many others we’ve had on our travels, not the greatest.

All of it! Such a cheap price for this quality of hotel room. All amenities included, the room was clean, the bed was fresh, the shower has really good pressure and hot water, the staff is very friendly and speaks sufficient English, baggage service is available (we’ve sent one of our bags to Tokyo from here for ~15USD), it’s less than 5 minutes to the station and about 25 min walk to the deer (there‘s also a bus at the station for those who need it). We would sleep here again and actually regret we didn’t stay one more night. A similar room in Kyoto is easily double the price.

Room smelled like cleaning chemicals, but was able to air it out through the window.

5 minute walk from Nara station is very convenient. Value for the room was unbeatable. Clean, and TV had Chromecast options, despite the hotel seeming to be relatively old.

The offer breakfast until 9:30 am, which is a decent time, but when I asked if I could still have breakfast at 9 o’clock they told me that they would close the restaurant in 15 minutes (9:15) not nice if you enjoy getting up a bit later like me

The location is good, right in front of the train station, if you enjoy walking you have most major attractions by walking distance, the room was small but warm and cozy and I always appreciate having a smart TV in the room

The facilities are very basic. There is nothing that makes you think “wow, that is really cool”. There is nothing wrong with the hotel, just nothing special.

The price is very good and everything that you need is there (except coffee).

Room is pretty small as it is considered as a single room with double bad, but for the price we paid it was one of the best accommodations.
