We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

The location in front of the Lake, the staff was super friendly. The breakfast had a lot of variety which I didn't had in any other hotel in Japan. The room was the most spacious I had in Japan.

THe location is good to enjoy both fuji mountain and the lake in one place. Family mart is just 3 minutes walk from the hotel and it is very convenient to walk around or to find food 24/7. The breakfast is good with high variety of food assortment from American to Japanese style.

JapanIt was a buffet breakfast which was very crowded. This was the ONLY ONLY thing I didn't like about this hotel. Having said that, the food was yummy. I just hate queuing LOL! Next time I will not book breakfast.
Room was excellent. The public bath was also very nice. Location perfect, just next door to a Family Mart and very close to lake rental hire facilities. Buffet breakfast food was good.

Great location if you want to hike Mount Fuji! Best breakfast, but you just had to pay extra since breakfast wasn't included in the room rate. Worth it though. Very friendly staff, 50% knew English so that was helpful. Also a beautiful lake front view, you walk out front and you're there.

TaiwanWe encountered foreign tourists from Taiwan and Indonesia, which was a disaster! Indonesian tourists make loud noises in the bathhouse. A little Taiwanese girl even took photos in the locker room.
