We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaI asked the staff how to see Mount Fuji or Lake Tanuki, and the Sharaito waterfalls. They said it was not possible as they were all out of season. So then I went to the tourist information centre and found I could catch a bus up to the lake and falls, even though it was raining. I understand Mount Fuji was not visible.
The room was comfortable and breakfast good.

AustraliaI really didn’t like my pillow. It was actually the hardest pillow I’ve ever slept on in my life. Instead of having soft filling, it feels like there are hard beads inside the pillow. I also wasn’t particularly happy that the breakfast pastries were packed up by 8:20. I didn’t get to try any.
Good value hotel with good sound proofing. One of the rooms we booked was on the first floor but you couldn’t hear much outside. The rooms were small and nothing fancy, but they felt clean which was most important to me. The check out process was really easy.

A very good location and also there are parking slots without charge. Although there is limit parking space at hotel location but they also provide others near by hotel for guests. Cigarette smell is quite strong especially on 2&3 floor. If you are not comfort with this conditions you must inform staff earlier to manage room & floor which comfort for you.
