We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe hotel has a very small dining area used for breakfast which is also a makeshift lobby area. Felt a little cramped during breakfast time, but can't complain for a free breakfast. Just seemed a bit chaotic in the morning sometimes when there's hardly room to move.

ThailandIt is ok if their English is not very good. But the staff is not well informed or helpful at all and they don't even know the website for booking the bus online in Matsumoto. The onsen time for women is much less than men and if you go out early or come back late then you might not get to enjoy onsen at all
They give you a DIY welcome drink. And women get to choose 5 little gifts. They have lots of pillows and chargers.

We are non smokers but all room with non smokers were full so we were in smoker room. The smell was so strong so we had to open the window for 2 hours just to be able to breathe. Others are ok. I believe non smoker room will be good.

SpainThe public baths had turns for male and female so the hour selected to your genfer could be inconvenient. Also the pillow was quite hard, but thankfully the hotel offered additional coushins.
They had a lot of products one could take for free, the breakfast was good and the rooms had their own bathroom with shower included (something that doesn't usually happen in hotels with onsen service).
