Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaThe laundry wasn't ideal. Many people use it, and the dryer was inefficient. It made it slow to dry our clothes and made other people wait longer for example 3 hours to wash and dry to small loads.
Loved the space and atmosphere. Unique, clean and spacious. Would definitely come back here again!

AustraliaThe only thing that I didn’t like was the laundry situation, they only had 3 washer and 3 dryer - while the clothes automatically washed for 30 min it took a lot longer then an hour to completely dry the clothes.
Hotel was really pleasant, in a good location with a 7/11 directly downstairs. The room itself was quite was cute - exactly as displayed in the photo. The environment was really nice and relaxing especially for tourist, the open space in the lounge was really nice and they offered free hot & cold water, as well amenities.

United StatesOther locations we stayed had a fridge in the room. The room was a little narrow. Luggage was a little hard to get under the bed once open due to the narrowness of the room.
The location was great, close to a few different subway lines. Beds were comfortable, showers were good sized with amenities in them and wonderful water pressure. We liked the under the bed luggage space. Rooms had fun designs. Lovely common areas (although we didn't spend much time in them or the room other than to sleep)

United StatesWith that being said there wasn’t a whole lot in the immediate area of the hotel so you do need to do the walk almost everytime. The checkin process is a little cumbersome as you have to input every guests info not just the person who booked the hotel
First off the hotel was very well priced and about a 10min walk from the main area in Kyoto. This hotel was very good for groups as they had multiple room option that had 3 beds which is pretty hard to find.

Very close to Ginza district and about 1.5kms away from Kyoto station. So transfer to and from the hotel is easy either via a taxi or bus. There’s a seven eleven just outside the property so you can stock up on necessities fairly easily, the room is perfect for 2 people but it might be slightly cramped for 3.
