1. The room for 3 people is a bit small, especially if you need to open your suitcases.

1. The location is convenient. You only need to walk around 6-8 minutes after you leave the JR / Shinkansen / Subway Hakata Station. 2. At the reception, there are coffee and some donuts provided and they are free! 3. The room is clean (though it is not very new). 4. The staff are polite and they can communicate in English.

1. This hotel is not a five-star one so you can't expect too much. The room is not huge but should be spacious enough for 2 people. Besides, it is not a brand new one with modern design but it is clean enough for you to have a nice stay. At this price, you can't complain anything.

Facilities looks old, the wallpaper in the room is dirty and damaged. Old style Central air conditioning system, unable to control the temperature of the room. It was 15°C outside, and it was still in heating mode. I needed to stop it and open window. The setting of the room is inconvenient. The chair provided is too large and blocked the space between the table and the bed. It will be much better if the chair is small or change the furniture setting.

Location is very good, close to the Hakata JR station and the underground. Convenience stores and supermarket nearby. Free coffee provided

My room located at the back of the hotel. I heard peep sound from the outside every half an hour..not sure it's from the parking building or not. The heater is also too hot and not adjustable.

Staffs are friendly. Breakfast line is in Japanese style, which is very good. There're also free donuts at the lobby everyday. The room is clean. Shampoo, conditioner and soap are in very big bottle, which is convenient to use.

The bed mattress is very hard so we had a hard time getting comfortable enough to fall asleep.

The location is near Hakata station so many convenient stores, restaurants and shops around. The room is small but manageable and clean. The bathroom is very clean too and they make your room everyday for you.

When i did the booking, the number of guests is wrong and i try to text the hotel asking how to amend and if any extra charges applied, but did not get the reply. When I check in, I was charged extra. It’d be better if the hotel could response to my inquiry early.

Seems to be a rather old hotel as the facilities seems old. But nothing too alarming. Walls are quite thin, I can hear next door's movement. Good to have a sustainable policy. I had my 'Do not disturb' sign on hoping that they will not make my room and no need for change of towels (since I don't have to do that every day). But keepers will still give us fresh towels every day. Good to have the choice to opt out of those so that we don't waste the resources.

Behind Hakata station, 5 mins walking distance to the station. Good location with convenience stores around. Staff was friendly and there were refreshment every afternoon which was a nice gesture.
