Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Hong KongFacilities looks old, the wallpaper in the room is dirty and damaged. Old style Central air conditioning system, unable to control the temperature of the room. It was 15°C outside, and it was still in heating mode. I needed to stop it and open window. The setting of the room is inconvenient. The chair provided is too large and blocked the space between the table and the bed. It will be much better if the chair is small or change the furniture setting.
Location is very good, close to the Hakata JR station and the underground. Convenience stores and supermarket nearby. Free coffee provided

ThailandMy room located at the back of the hotel. I heard peep sound from the outside every half an hour..not sure it's from the parking building or not. The heater is also too hot and not adjustable.
Staffs are friendly. Breakfast line is in Japanese style, which is very good. There're also free donuts at the lobby everyday. The room is clean. Shampoo, conditioner and soap are in very big bottle, which is convenient to use.

The location is near Hakata station so many convenient stores, restaurants and shops around. The room is small but manageable and clean. The bathroom is very clean too and they make your room everyday for you.

SingaporeSeems to be a rather old hotel as the facilities seems old. But nothing too alarming. Walls are quite thin, I can hear next door's movement. Good to have a sustainable policy. I had my 'Do not disturb' sign on hoping that they will not make my room and no need for change of towels (since I don't have to do that every day). But keepers will still give us fresh towels every day. Good to have the choice to opt out of those so that we don't waste the resources.
Behind Hakata station, 5 mins walking distance to the station. Good location with convenience stores around. Staff was friendly and there were refreshment every afternoon which was a nice gesture.
