Check-in time was too late at 3pm. could've used a shower before that since we've been flying overnight.

The location was superb. Facilities were nice. Unfortunately, with many Korean tourists checked-in during my stay, the facilities were overused and not particularly clean for those days with many tourists.

the location is super convenient! lots of restaurants around our hotel and canal city is just around the corner. we enjoy walking and note that i can just walk to many places from our hotel. we chose this hotel for their room size (larger) and newness (opened in 2019) and we are pleased with our choice. the staff are all very friendly and communicate well. my husband really enjoyed his many visits of the onsen on 3/f!

The room was a bit small, but it did have everything we needed.

From entering the hotel you get a sense of calm. The hotel rooms had all the amenities we wanted, from PJ's to toothbrushes. The beds were comfortable as were the bathroom. It is located in the heart of Fukuoka which made getting places by foot very convenient. The staff was extremely helpful especially with shipping our luggage off to our next destination.

Provide a water dispenser in the common facility for guests who prefer to top up their drinking water.

The location is within walking distance to the main JR station. The room is spacious and can accommodate our 3 luggages.

Staff that is courteous, helpful, and respectful Helped me store my bags for free till I returned to stay the night before I travelled back home, which was an exceptional service that beyond my expectations. The rooms are peaceful, spotless, and pleasant. The hotel is located a sufficient distance away from the business of travellers, yet the train station is easily accessible. The breakfast was reasonably priced and offered a selection of options. Will unquestionably return sometime

The toothbrush provided in the room was rather stiff and not too comfortable to use.

From my experiences of traveling in Japan, the toothbrush they provided was on the stiff side, so if you have soft gum you should consider bringing your own toothbrush.

The breakfast was delicious, the bathroom is larger than the average hotels in Japan.

Super clean, minimalist, location is great and the breakfast was soooo good. Bed was big and spacious and super comfortable! No back aches and headaches for my whole trip (which I usually get even when sleeping at home).

In room 1325, the bed might be better place to create a walk space on both sides of the bed, even if narrow. Senior may have difficulty access the wall side. It was difficult for us; my husband's balance is strong and I had a foot and arm injury. The shower unit could be less noisy. The floor is loud, the floor makes noise as well. I wondered if we disturbed the neighboring room guests.

Your hotel is nicely located near the train station and not very far from the airport. Your staff in the lobby is very attentive to the needs of your guests. We appreciate that your staff speaks English quite well. We stayed for a total of 3 night per a recommendation of a friend.

Location is near to Hakata Canal City. Plenty of eateries around the hotel. Quite a walk from Hakata station. Very zen and modern decor. Room is clean. Staff is attentive.
