Amazing service - we did not manage to hire a car and a gentleman from reception suggested we take a train to Mt Aso. Also patiently helped me call hotels for the next 2 days re transfers - without his help, our trip would have run into a lot of difficulty. So many thanks.

The hotel was great. Within walking distance from Hakata Station. Onsen was nice, too. The beds were very comfortable and the staff very helpful and friendly.

Nothing much except location is a bit away from Hakata station but manageable by walk 7 minutes. I suggest to have some hooks in bathroom to hang towel.

Room is Spacious for 3 people, comfortable, clean and excellent customer’s service. Staff is very helpful and speaks good English.

Excellent location, very clean, kind and responsive service. I actually booked again when I came back with my husband. We were able to easily park, and make arrangements for great massages.

I know it's personal preference, but the beds were SO hard. And I like a firm mattress, but this was next level.

The hotel was in a good location for food, shopping, subway, and train. It was clean and everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Staff were always nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again if it wasn't for the beds being too firm.

Room is big and the public bath facility is in very good condition and it makes the stay very comfortable. The breakfast is excellent and is ex eeded the standard you will expect. The service and staffs in the restaurant serving the breakfast are way above the standard.

I had contacted the staff the day before to ask for a room accessible for my aged parent and the front desk acknowledged this in their reply to me. However when I checked in, the front desk did not seem to know/ be aware about this request and could not make arrangements. They were apologetic but it seems weird that they did not know I had made such a request? I stayed at the Blossom in Kunamoto and the staff/ service seemed to be better than this hotel.

it would be great if the hotel has some portable weighing scale to weigh our luggage in the room which i experienced in one of my Osaka hotels so that we don't need to repack our luggage at the lobby which is unsightly.. and the location is slightly further from Hakata station but still walkable distance.. the free drink machine could be better as some hotels provided matcha latte which is nice..

This property has one of the best value per dollar spent amongst the hotels we have stayed in during our Japan vacation. The hotel provides incredible amenities within the rooms, up to the gold standard of any 4-star hotel. Furthermore the staff is amazingly helpful and kind. The room itself was of a decent size and made better with how well the layout is planned, allowing for the room to feel even more spacious. The room amenities were also of great quality especially the toilet facilities and the thermostat controls. These allowed us to have an incredibly comfortable stay in the hotel. The location of the hotel being walking distance from Hakata station was a huge plus and made our travels within Hakata far more convenient as well.

The comforter was too thick. The shade of the window was not my favorite.

The hot bath was good, relaxing. The check in lobby was beautiful and roomy. The layout of the room was good making it feels spacious.
