The hotel was in a good location for food, shopping, subway, and train. It was clean and everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Staff were always nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again if it wasn't for the beds being too firm.

SingaporeI had contacted the staff the day before to ask for a room accessible for my aged parent and the front desk acknowledged this in their reply to me. However when I checked in, the front desk did not seem to know/ be aware about this request and could not make arrangements. They were apologetic but it seems weird that they did not know I had made such a request? I stayed at the Blossom in Kunamoto and the staff/ service seemed to be better than this hotel.

Singaporeit would be great if the hotel has some portable weighing scale to weigh our luggage in the room which i experienced in one of my Osaka hotels so that we don't need to repack our luggage at the lobby which is unsightly.. and the location is slightly further from Hakata station but still walkable distance.. the free drink machine could be better as some hotels provided matcha latte which is nice..
we like the room and the vibes of the hotel and the hotel staff are great and provided great service..

SingaporeThis property has one of the best value per dollar spent amongst the hotels we have stayed in during our Japan vacation. The hotel provides incredible amenities within the rooms, up to the gold standard of any 4-star hotel. Furthermore the staff is amazingly helpful and kind. The room itself was of a decent size and made better with how well the layout is planned, allowing for the room to feel even more spacious. The room amenities were also of great quality especially the toilet facilities and the thermostat controls. These allowed us to have an incredibly comfortable stay in the hotel. The location of the hotel being walking distance from Hakata station was a huge plus and made our travels within Hakata far more convenient as well.
