Uhhh.. toilet paper is 1 ply. Considering the absolutely exceptional attention to service they could've brought our luggage into the room as we have left it with them earlier. Honestly it's such a stretch but im only mentioning these because everything was really 10/10.

Honestly pretty perfect hotel considering price/value. Really comfy, lots of space, everything looking clean and brand new in the room. Great design and the lobby has some hidden perks such as a couch with a beautiful overwatch of Kumamoto. Really 10/10 but..

Shower room, toilet and wash basin are in separate place, it’s alright but need to change clothes outside shower room, it’s not that privacy if you have a roommate and may interrupt your roommate when using wash basin during night.

Hotel send us clear direction to it beforehand, just 2 mins walk from JR station, bus stop, tram stop are just nearby. Also very good for shopping. Booked moderate double room of 22m, have good views and can accommodate 2 big luggage with sofa and table inside the room. very appreciate their polite, courteous and helpful staff.

We stayed 3 nights, and there was little difference in breakfast offerings each morning. The hotel deserves its 4 star rating. We had exceptionally high expectations after a stay at The Blossom Hibiya, and felt this hotel fell a little short comparatively in breakfast offerings.

Exceptional service by staff, clean and contemporary room and public facilities. The hotel is located adjoining the railway station. We took a day trip to Mount Aso by train, so it was very convenient to the station and adjacent shops. Tram close by is convenient for the castle. The large bath is very nice.

Excellent location. Just a short walking distance (less than 5 mins) from Kumamoto Rail station. Many eateries, bakeries, supermarket, convenient store. Most eateries close by 8 pm. Convenient store close at 11pm. Easy Access to bus and sightseeing seeing tram which is just downstairs the hotel. Hotel staffs are all excellently trained👍🏻 Excellent customer oriented service. Will definitely book again if we visit Kumamoto again.

Walkway in the room is very small, pillows not really comfortable, hard to close the curtain. I booked about 5 months in advance and asked for a room away from the train tracks and it was still not given to me. lucky the many complaints about the Shinkansen noise level was quite manageable with windows closed and curtains down. So

Hotel is super conveniently located, right at the train station, but still managing to maintain privacy with a very upscale entrance to the lift that leads to the lobby. All the food and shopping is right downstairs, perfect base for any day trips out! Clean, water pressure was great, beds very comfortable. Special mention to their receptionist for helping me book a bus to Takachiho!! Their staff is really helpful and friendly!
