I found the staff was not as friendly and hospitable as other hotels. Rooftop area which was promoted as a hotel feature was not available even when stated it was open, there was nothing set up.

The design and hotel concept was very nice and modern. Beds were super comfortable and turn table was a nice addition since there’s no TV in the room. Bathroom and bath tub are very spacious for Japan hotel standards and loved that they provide additional ammenities from the standard such as face mask and moisturisers compared to other hotels with free rental area where you can loan additional items such as memory foam pillows, blankets, irons etc

This was my favourite hotel during the Japan visit! It's modern, clean, staff were helpful and friendly, and so conveniently located! We got a stunning view of Odori Park as well as Sapporo Tower. The beds were comfortable and the vibes of the hotel was cosy. Super conveniently located to Odori Station and roughly a 10-15 minute walk to Sapporo Station. Would 100% stay here again and would recommend to others!

My Husband and I are first time in Sapporo, we stayed for 6 days and we love it. our room is big and comfortable. Location is great near to my favorite Donguri love the bread there. near also to under ground Aurorora mall. and Clock tower. Definitely we will go back again soon.

No vending machine for quick and easy beers, and the restaurant was pretty pricey.

Absolutely lovely hotel, it looks gorgeous. The lobby and the restaurant are very pretty, and the rooms were excellent. Very nice hotel, lovely staff, the room was such a good size considering it is located in the center of Sapporo, and the roof bar was great too but it's still cold at the start of April. Brilliant location.

Room is a bit small and breakfast was not buffet (so we could have more choice).

Love the style. Location is close to everywhere and connected to underground shopping and subway. The room is a bit small but comfortable.

Staff raised voice at us due to a misunderstanding during checkin. Subsequently the issue was resolved by Booking.com, however the incident left a sour taste in our minds. Rooms slightly small but to be expected for such a great location.

The staff was very helpful and the hotel is located just in front of Sapporo TV tower. Very clean with new big modern rooms. Beautiful view from the rooftop.

I asked a Wheelchair friendly room, and it can be my misunderstanding, but the room size was too small for Wheelchair (we couldn't put a Wheelchair besides the bed). Also, there is no bar to hold around a toilet. It is very important for people who use Wheelchair.

The size of the room is extremely small, though we booked and paid for a upgraded twin beds room, the room is just 3 meters wide and 4-1/2 meters deep. We had no space at all to open our luggage. The room has no cabinet or drawer to store our daily clothing and necessities. Just a bar with 6 hangers. Funny set up was an old style turntable on top of the refrigerator counter top, leaving no space for water cooker and cups and on floor speaker occupied floor space, making the already tight space even tighter. who bothers to listen to black record(only one in room) in such a tight room ! The bathroom is ok in size, even has a bathtub. Lacking of shelf and only 1 hanging hook to the clothing and towels. Bedding is OK.

The location is very good, when I took the airport bus, ans Odori Park Stop is just 1 min walk to the hotel. when travelled to airport. The airport bus stop is just 5-7 mins walk. plenty of all kinds of tasty restaurants are within 10 mins walking. Very clean hotel, so as the room. Excellent sound proof.

We had four nights in this very lovely and spacious hotel across from the Sapporo TV Tower. It sits right on top of the train station and is very central. The hotel room and bathroom (with a bathtub) were both very spacious and the hotel provided many different personal products if needed. The room had a separate lounge and office area. Easy check-in and check-out on machine, with assistance from staff if required. There is a restaurant and a bar.
