Amazing location. Mins walk to Kyoto station. As an architecture addict there’s so much to see about the details. Staffs are very professional. The chapel is astonishing.

A little expensive but was definitely the nicest hotel during our trip

Great location within about a 2 minute walk from Kyoto Station. Really comfortable bed and high quality linens, spacious shower with rain shower feature. Hotel staff were very helpful in transferring our luggage to next hotel.

Very close to the main station. Beautiful hotel but a bit dark inside , with a very peaceful atmosphere. Room was reasonable size and very nicely decorated. Don’t expect nice views, it is city centre , we overlooked s car park. Very clean and fantastic level of service Breakfast was also pretty good

There is nothing that's dislike about. A little suggestion. We were staying on Mother's Day. It would be good if my wife being a mother will receive a small gift except for a note for celebration of the day.

Location is excellent and convenient to visit the tourist spots. We didn't take breakfast in the hotel and cannot make comments.

Very large rooms with a particularly good layout for the bathroom. So close to the train station and all amenities but totally quiet. The room felt totally luxurious and the staff made us feel very welcome. Overall a fantastic experience and exceptional value for money.

The only "complain" I have may be different from room to room. The toilet seat was too hot and the bidet was too strong even at lowest level, and the water jet was a little cold.

Great location, next to Kyoto with TONS of food options, plus trains, buses and taxi to many parts of the the city. Comes with western style and Japanese style breakfast! We tried both and they were great.

Close to station King room big enough for two people and 3 suitcases Excellent customer service Breakfast both eastern and western ones are enjoyable, healthy choices are available. Bed is comfortable and massive Staffs helped us to send luggage via black cat The bathroom is fabulous

1. Choices of Japanese style breakfast unclear. 2. Long queue for coffee machine in breakfast. 3. No laundry service. 4. Not much view of sight from room. 5. No covered access from JR Kyoto station -- clumsy if this is raining day. But these are very very minor points. I still love this hotel very much. Smart choice.

The Western style breakfast could provide options of greek yogurts, low-carb granola, nuts, and berry fruits. The Cafe could opens sooner for those who don't have a breakfast option, or those who want a small breakfast option. An included visit to the Spa for guests with multi-night stays would be nice.

Very well located next to Kyoto Station (main transport hub), nice area of city with lots of places to shop and eat, and convenient to take underground, trains, or buses to major sites. Hotel offers two types of breakfast, Japanese or Western. The Japanese breakfast is definitely best in my opinion.

Breakfastroom at three of three mornings very crowded and loud. Waitingtime until we got a table up to 20 minutes. Breakfast itself was good, but in regard of the roomtax less in choice. Could be a bit more western style food in the western area - the hotel offers a separate japanese Buffet. Rooms are perfect and we would stay again but without taking Breakfast.

Very comfortable large rooms with fantastic beds and layers. Perfect located to get very easily everywhere.

Lack of variety in the in-room menu and unflexible laundry hours. and that the staff do not help you with your bags

I like the location next to Kyoto station. I liked how big and cleaned the hotel was, and the staff were very friendly. however, the in room dining menu was lacking
