When I walked into the apartment for the first time, it smelled of body odour/sweat. I opened the window to air it out, but it still smelt whenever I would come back to the apartment. The roof of the microwave had a bit of food on it, as did the fridge. The floor was a bit sticky in parts. Dust was on top of soap and shampoo bottles, and shower rod.

Location: very close to Kagoshimachuo train station. Modern apartment. Size is good for one to two people.

The staircase was quite dirty but the room was ok. Could use some attention to details in corners of kitchen and bathroom etc.

Overall nice room, facilities, and location. The staff in charge of the account was also nice to help us rebook when our plans changed last minute.

Cleanness is much far below the Japanese standard. Bed head and the air conditioner were full of dust. My husband must remove the dust himself before using the room.

Since it is a real Japanese apartment/mansion, a bathroom is sizable and body washing space is available next to the baht tub. One more good point, a toilet and a wash basin are separated to the bathroom; we can utilize each of them at the same time.

confusing entering premises, stairs going up three flights handling luggage bit back breaking......would have been nice to have coffee and tea available along with creamer and sweeteners...could also furnish with cooking oil, salt, peper seasoning too....

No breakfast available.....love the bath room, gave it a 10.....beds were great comfort.....

Little bit difficult to enter as I did the pre stay online form but the facial recognition didn’t work when we arrived . Fortunately you could dial a number and man was very helpful

I found a few hairs on the floor.

Design of the room was very modern and efficient. The location isn’t too bad, close to Chuo Station. Very new looking. Kitchen is large and well stocked with cutlery and plates.

very clean, wide range of home equipment provided, built-in dehumidifier in the bathroom was the one thing I found most favourable, making sure you have dry and clean clothes for the next coming days especially on summer time.

Only a stairwell, no lift. So not suitable for anyone with a physical disability. Walls are quite thin. It sounded like the person above us was practicing dance with how much stomping we heard. Marked down on staff because there was none. No front desk, there was an emergency number you could call if you needed but we couldn’t give feedback about the noisy people above us.

The rooms were big and spacious and a good price for it too! Lots of amenities including kitchenette, washer, cutlery and other kitchen supplies. Everything in our room worked and was very clean! Very happy with these portions of the hotel.

All the facilities are easy to use, except for the TV, we were missing to watch TV for two days, trying to contact them to fix it using an emergency number from the introduction booklet, but it says that number not recognised, very stressful, finally I contacted Booking.com, this issue was quickly resolved. But I really do not understand, that free back from the local office, said that caused problem which was our fault, asking us reading the introduction booklet first before using the TV REMOTE CONTROL. I think that they should be able to make sure the correct "Emergency Number". The TV REMOTE CONTROL should be maintained to keep updated before the customer is used.

Nice clean the bathroom, kitchen and bedroom. Close to the Kagoshima chuo station.
