Sofa was ripped and the blinds upstairs was slightly damaged. The bathroom is upstairs which is inconvenient. Not recommended for older people. Groups of friends or family with older children should be OK. Do take not the bicycles provided are larger sized bikes and not suitable for those who are less than 167 cm. Not easy to handle these big bicycles. You might want to consider renting a suitably sized bicycle. Its also first come first serve basis (sharing with other Tocoro properties beside.

Great very of Mt Fuji from all rooms and also the bathroom! Location is about 10min - 15min walk from Kawaguchiko station in a quiet neighbourhood. Bicycles provided. Staff are very prompt to handle any issues when you send them a text through Booking.com. Wifi is also provided.

If u have elderly in the group it may not be convenience for the folks. The stairs is small and narrow. Hv to be extra careful.

The location with a very good view of Mt Fuji, not very far from the train station about 10-15 minutes walking distance. There's a washing machine provided with detergent. Kitchen are well equipped.

The downside to this property was check in from 1600. As we were only there for one night to see Mt Fuji it was slightly frustrating having to wait until 1600 to then check out for 10am. One night here is probably pointless and not value fkr money. The other downside is the constant messages from this place about the rules, it comes across really strict and slightly annoying when you constantly get reminders about the rules

The property is beautiful & clean, and close to Kawaguchiko station (12min walk). We did it with 2 suitcases early morning. We also used the bikes available for free. The hot water has to be manually turned on which we didnt realise however no big deal once we found out how. . Beds are comfortable and the views of mt fuji were great!

The Checkout time is too early (10.00am) and they charge 1000 Yen per 30 minutes if we exceeded the checkout time. It is good if can give more checkout time (atleast untill 11.00am) as other hotels do. There are no mirrors in rooms. So it is inconvenient to go to the bathroom upstairs to use a mirror. Also, they charge an additional cleaning fee if you spill out some liquid on the floor or you vomit. they have not mentioned such kind of fee in their property regulations. They charged me 6600yen additional cleaning fee as my baby vomited (before negotioate they asked me to pay 21000 as for replace all the bed sheets).

The view of Mount Fuji is very good and the location is very convenient as lots of supermarkets are available nearby. The propery is very calm and clean.

While the apartment appears nice overall, there are several inconvenient features. Upon entering, we found a broken sofa and blinds. The bathroom blinds were dirty, and the faucet was positioned too close to the sink for comfortable handwashing. Additionally, the presence of two toilets is unusual, but the downstairs toilet lacks a sink for basic hygiene after use, making it an impractical design choice. Overall not worth the price.
