The beds were creaking and disturbed us every time we moved. We also panicked when the fire alarm went off and the staff took time to turn it off. We waited several minutes before we went up the building. There was also no daily cleaning. The room looked more like an airbnb than a hotel.

The size of the room. Late checkout without fee to make up for deficiencies in the facilities.

Room was a little dirty with stains. There is no staff and check in/out is online. I was charged 2500¥ in taxes and fees, which was ridiculous.

Reasonably close to train station, convenience store just around the corner. Washing machine available, kitchen available.

Check in I had a problem with the internet connection and contacted hotel staff for them to complete the check in procedure. Room internet is sometimes unstable.

The bed was noisy and gave lots of pain on shoulders and back. If the bed was good, I would like to give 8 stars for this accommodation and happy to recommend to people.

There were very minor discomforts with the room. The toilet room smelled, the kettle had to be manually pressed down to boil the water, and the water temperature was difficult to maintain at the kitchen and bathroom sinks. Again, these were minor discomforts.

I liked the location of the hotel. It was a little difficult to find the hotel at first, but the hotel was conviently located close to the subway station and to the shopping districts.

The address was very complicated. We tried to get Uber taxi and the name Goom was not recognized by the GPS , we had to use Nene chicken as the pick up address .

The noise gets through the balcony door/window! It's not just from nearby bars/restaurants, it's also just the day to day bustle. The room was dusty (my son and I had allergies for a few days). Stay away from the colorful throw pillows (seemingly not too clean). No luggage storage for after checking out

Location! Complete kitchen/dining essentials. Big fridge. Separate toilet (which had a bulit-in sink) and shower/bath. Ample closet space. Footlocker. Very helpful staff, easy to coordinate by chat. Easy check-in/out

A bit far from a train station.

The room was clean and fully equipped, 2 comfy beds plus storage and closet. Check in instructions was very clear for me. It seems to locate in a nightlife area so you may hear people shout and scream during a night but not all the times so I didn't mind.

Kettle was broken and replaced with a barely working one. No instructions about where to dispose of rubbish in the room as it was unserviced and we stayed 4 nights.

Great position near all the shopping/food. It was large enough room for family of 4. Washing machine was handy to have. Projector was fun for the kids. Beds were fairly comfortable.

Bottled water need to pay. Reception counter/office is at different location, a few blocks away. Room is a bit tight.

Clean room completes with kitchenette and washing machine. It has air-con/heater and floor fan with heater function. 2 comfortable queen beds. Water pressure is great too. You can leave your luggage at their office if you want to check in early or check out late.

Furniture and cleaning was not up to the mark. Kitchen items and pots are very few and old to use.

Hotel room was really spacious and good for family. It has good location and in mid of bazar. one can witness much hustle and bustle specially in the night. Private paid parking is also just 100 meter distance. Kitchen is added advantage if you want to cook and avoid restaurants.

Bed mattress was not comfortable. It was hard and the bedsprings can poke your body. Bed creaked everytime l moved and it is annoying bec l am awakened by the creaking.

I like that there are many restaurants nearby. Shopping street and Tenjin station is walkable.
