There are some noise from some plumbing drainage system at night. The waiting time for elevator may be a bit long as restaurant are on top floor

Good location, good view, superb breakfast with lots of varieties and wonderful view. Welcome drinks available for long session of time and can enjoy good view there in particular evening and sunset.

Facilities are rather old. Restroom looks old that plastics become yellow-ish. Due to the firework event, price was a little bit high.

- room was smaller than anticipated. Luckily it was just for a night. - property has aged; a bit dusty in the vent. I’m sensitive to dust so I felt the difference. - you can detect small hint of cigarette smell in the room since there are smoking rooms in the common area. But this is true for most Japanese hotels unless the establishment is truly non-smoking. I look forward to the day when Japan bans all indoor-smoking. - the air purifier actually make the smoking smell worse because some one has smoked in the room with the purifier on. So now it’s recycling some of the odour.

absolutely nothing

Hotel was a stone's throw away from the matsumoto train and bus station which was very very convenient. We love that its also close to a lot of restaurants, so no problem eating out. Its a small and basic hotel, nothing fancy but it is very comfortable, clean, and staff are great. The lobby had a WONDERFUL view of the mountains, pity we only saw it on our last day because previous days were cloudy. The rooms are small but spacious enough for japan standards. Bathroom was also small but again this is standard for Japan.

Room seemed smaller than most 17sqm, but at the price point and proximity to restaurants and transport hub, it's a trade off. Spaces around the room was tight, making it slightly less comfortable with little children around. Would have been nice to have access to an onsen after a day of sightseeing.

Family friendly hotel. Excellent location, right across Matsumoto train station and bus terminal. Near to many restaurants and malls. Walking distance to Matsumoto castle and Nawate Shopping Street. Good selection of free beverage from 10AM to 10PM. Nice unblocked and serene view of the city and the northern alps from the restaurant.
