We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Clean, standard Japan room size, nice mountain view from common area. convenient for public transport, JR station just cross the road. Located in vibe location, full of nice restaurants nearby, cvs at the ground floor and having supermarket next door.

JapanLocation is great, especially if you are travelling by train. Overnight car parking is JPY 1000/- extra. The breakfast is nice too, with a variety of options and a wonderful view, its just that you need to book the slot on arrival.

VERY Friendly staff. Directly opposite station and easy walk to Matsumoto Castle. I left a charging cable in the room and when I contacted the hotel they immediately replied that the found it and held it at reception until I could return 4 days later
