great location, within walking distance of Sapporo JR station, and the Odori subway line. A lot of restaurants and shops around. easy to walk to the central shopping area. Loved the washing machine (with dryer function), allowed us to travel light.

The location is great just a few walk to susukino. The environment is good. Modern lobby, restaurant and rooms. Room was big. With kitchen utensils and washing machine with dry. Typically a studio you can cook wash.

The staff was very friendly at check-in. The accommodations were as described and the free breakfast was exceptional.

Check-out time is at 11am. The washing machine and microwave in the room, and the shoe drier were a big plus. Bathroom was spacious as well.

The bathroom does not separate the dry and wet areas. But it's not a big deal. Other than that everything is great.

Very good location, just near the main shopping area in Sapooro. The staff is great. The most important, there is a washing machine in every room, which is very convenient!

The hotel is near the city center and the room was very comfortable. The front staff was helpful by calling for a taxi and letting us borrow kitchen items to use in our room.

Wonderful hotel very close to Odori park for the snow festival. My room was compact but very functional and comfortable. It was great to have a washer/dryer and also a microwave. Lots of restaurants and shops close by plus easy access to transport. I'd definitely stay again if I was back in Sapporo.

The location is perfect. The room is new and clean. The bus stop to/from airport is only 3 minutes walking.

Rooms were quite small and crampy since we had 2 medium sized luggage. Our room view was looking at a construction site across the street so we had the blinds down most of the time.

Staff spoke adequate English and were quite helpful. Helped us secured a few taxis to the airport. Food at the cafe was excellent. Good variety of choices. Breakfast was also excellent and great value for money.

It was not easy when we were dropped off as no driveway. Difficult to be carrying the bags in the snow. Would have been better if one staff per sift can speak English. It was very difficult to communicate. Although, all staff are very nice and accommodating.

Centrally located between Odori and Susukino Stations. Not as busy as Susukino. Lots of restaurants and cafes around.

The cleanliness of the room can be better. It was dusty around and under the bed.

Shower head was loose. Had to screw it back in to stop the water from spraying everywhere.

Amazingly clean, professional service. Very polite, helpful and patient staff. Kudos to reception staff for taking the time and trying to understand my requests via my broken Japanese.

No daily cleaning on short stays. Only rubbish is taken out daily and also towels & sleepwear replacement. Ok for solo travelers as it is easy to keep clean without saily housekeeping.

The laundry inside the room is a bliss !
