We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

FranceThe room was super small, no space for anything. You cannot go to the public bath with tattoos, which we thought a hotel would have more flexible rules than in other onsen.
The staff at reception was really nice. The location is great, close to the train station and with nice food places around. Modern hotel and rooms.

Location near the train station was great! Complimentary afternoon tea was available in the lobby. Morning coffee was available for purchase. Rooms were clean & comfortable. The onsen was a nice way to start and end our days of sightseeing.

The room was impeccably clean and well designed, the staff very friendly and welcoming. We had missed a bit more space for comfort, although the room was more spacious than other places we stayed in Japan.

IsraelThe onsen did not allow tattoos, so my partner missed out on it. It’s a shame that it’s still a thing even today.
The location is about 5 minutes flat road walk to Kanazawa station, which was great. The room was spacious and the bathroom was a bit less crowded than ones we’ve been at in other places in Japan. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The indoor onsen was clean and with many free amenities.

AustraliaPillows very uncomfortable and two lights outside the window shone all night making the whole room daylight. It was not until the morning that I found a roller blind that could have blocked the light. Staff need to tell people in these rooms about that. No sleep.
