Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We stayed in a double room at 19th floor and then in a delux room at top floor. We had a very good time overall. The bed very comfortable, view is amazing. The neighborhood is quite, maybe not really central but very close to 4 metro lines. In front of the hotel there is a conbini (supermarket).

United KingdomWe expected 4* standard, but inside looked very old & need updating. No English breakfast tea, only green tea. Some staff couldn’t speak English.
Closer to City, we’re able to see top part of Tokyo tower view from our room & city lights at night, which was amazing. Staff were friendly & helpful. Metro, family mart & seven eleven are close by.

GermanyThe Hotel is located in a quiet area. The hotel breakfast was nice . On the other street side is a Family Mart to buy some snacks or drinks for your hotel room. Next to the Hotel is a metro station , from there you can go to Roppongi , Shibuya and so on. It was a great place to stay.

JapanThis is not fault of hotel but mine, if you stay with family, I do not recommend to stay in a smoking room (unfortunately there was no more availability for other room when booking). It is expected to have some smell from smoke, but all the floor has this smell, so it is not so nice, but on contrary the room was was really clean even intended for smokers.
It has excellent location and view around is nice. The hotel, staff and facilities are really great and clean. Good choice for traveling/staying with family. Reception service is also offered in English, so this helps for a better stay.

CanadaThe Wi-fi was quite poor (especially given what is assumed a business hotel) and the location was not the best for a tourist.
It was a very spacious room and they graciously supplied us with extra pillows when requested. We were about a 30 min walk from the East Imperial gardens. Different Metro and JR lines were all about 10 minutes away. Family Mart right across the road as well as a few cafes and restaurants. The taxi to Tokyo station was only about 2700 yen to catch the Narita Express to the airport. We also indulged ourselves with their paid breakfast which had great variety!
