We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

ThailandWe were struggle to find the hotel for quite a while. The hotel name is very small and most importantly put in the position where nobody coming out of the train station building can see.
Location was great, right next to the train station. Room and bathroom are good and spacious. Nice staff. Overall is good. We will go back to this hotel if we're back in Toyama.

Hong KongExcellent buffet style breakfast. Excellently located right above Dentetsu Toyama Station for Tateyama Alpine Route. If not staying in this hotel, I wouldn't successfully go to see Murodo Snow Walls, which I failed to get a WEB ticket on public online sale on 31 March. But could conveniently went downstairs to the Dentetsu Station to buy the ticket of the day around 7am, went back for hotel breakfast then set off to Alpine Route in the right time.
