Great value, clean rooms, good location, very easy stay

We felt the rooms were the usual small size as expected from a budget-ish hotel in Japan, however, perhaps it was the bed that is longer than usual, the walk way in the hotel was much narrower, which really made it quite a task to open up our big luggages.

We had a car, there was ample parking space, don’t need to worry! Walking distance to several restaurants around nearby, including a supermarket. Free breakfast was included, spread and varieties were very generous given the price we paid for the room. Make sure to wake up early!

It don't hv Mount Fuji view but it doesn't matter because everywhere you go around Kawaguchiko, you can see mount fuji.

Near to Oggi bus station. Hotels provide free shuttle service to the train station frequently which is very convenient and money saving. Breakfast included and is very nice. For the price you are paying, it is recommended for anyone that planning to have a budget trip.

New facilities and very friendly staff. The location is very close to the lake, so you can drop off your car and half a nice walk.

Breakfast was very limited but in Japan you can easily go to a convenience store and buy whatever you need.

Location is ok, within walking distance from the train station. They also offer a shuttle bus to and from the train station but it’s only in the mornings and afternoons. We have booked a smoking room as this was the only one available and I have to say there was no cigarette smell inside, it was properly cleaned and ventilated. I recommend to try the face treatment (containing olive oil) offered as free toiletries (pick up in the lobby area).

The shuttle bus is a small van - so during peak days, you could end up having to walk to the station or take the public buses. Plus the hotel vicinity is not near any convenience stall, so we had to purposely drop by the convenience stores near the train/bus station to get food and water.

Hotel that is located near one of the Mt Fuji lakes plus there's free shuttle (however peak periods may mean there are no seats). Love that there's breakfast provided with the room - which helped us save the hassle of going out to eat for breakfast.

A great variety of breakfast since there are two types of breakfast buffets (western, asian) available, clean rooms, great location, it’s in walking distance of Lake Kawaguchiko, free shuttle service running frequently to Kawaguchiko station

Arrive at kawaguchiko station around 15.20 but have to wait for the hotel’s shuttle bus at 16.00 ( 15.30 and 15.40 are fulled due to many people)

We looked forward to it every morning haha. - The bed was very comfortable :) - Prices were very affordable!! - Our stay was honestly so worth it considering the comfortable room, free shuttle service and hotel breakfast.

The location is perfect for accessing the stone steps, we booked the private onsens which were amazing. The staff were excellent and we throughly enjoyed our traditional Japanese experience including a Japanese dinner. Breakfast is fabulous. Highly recommend this hotel.
