We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyThe ventilation appliance in the room was very noisy and there was a sign that explained that it should not be turned off.
Close to Kenrokuen park and other sightseeing spots. Supermarket, convenience stores, restaurants and shopping malls close by. Since it's a little bit far from the station, the hotel offers a shuttle service. There was a clothes line in the bathroom to dry clothes that can not be put in the dryer.

Very clean. The layout of furniture in the room was nice and it felt spacious. Shuttle bus service between Kanazawa station and the hotel was great.

Central location, near all the shops, conbinis and restaurants. Was able to check-in early and had them store my luggage while I went for early lunch & sightseeing thereafter. This was important in hindsight as the evening check-in queues were horrendous, being a Friday. Good spread of breakfast. There was a long queue even at 7am! Be sure to go early though the staff did refilled the dishes.

AustraliaLate check in, told me to come early to get a motorcycle park, then said no, to early, park around the corner at a pay station in the open, while pouring rain. Pillow for the room was like a rock, so I got hardly any sleep and my neck was sore for 2 days after. Went down at 5am to ask for a different pillow and got told no, don't have. Then the 'breakfast' they served was cold, dry and absolutely disgusting. Nothing edible. It might be budget, but save yourself a lot of misery and just pay a little extra for literally anywhere else.
Nothing. This is my 4th time in Japan, and this was likely the worst hotel I have ever stayed at, including other Toyoko Inn locations.

AustraliaIf I had known about the free courtesy shuttle bus, I would have tried to use it, and therefore I would not have needed to navigate the Kanazawa local bus, which have steps.
The buffet breakfast has many choices, and you can set yourself up for a busy day, after enjoy the buffet breakfast. The free courtesy shuttle back to Kanazawa station, meant it was easy to travel back to the station it’s my luggage.

Located close to Kenrokuen and other popular sights in Kanazawa. A courtesy shuttle is provided for the 10 min trip between Kanazawa station & the accommodation. Lawson (convenience store) is only 2-3 mins walk from reception. Coin laundry is reasonable in price. Shower is hot, bed is comfortable and the breakfast buffet is EXCEPTIONAL.
