Check out time is 10:00 am and the earliest hotel check out time that I know. Airport Shuttle : I arrived at 9:30 pm. I went to the help desk at the airport. She said the next shuttle is 10:30 pm. In the morning, the last shuttle leaves at 10:10 am. My flight leaves at 5:00 pm. I took the metro for 200 yens and I didn’t have to wait. The airport station is very close to the airport. The hotel might as well not offer shuttle because of lack of frequency and the poor hours of operation. Just gave the guests 400 yens . Bathroom : Those prefabricated modular plastic molded bathrooms that I had used before. The bathtub is so high that you are a short person, you need a small stool to climb into it. If you are a tall person, the toilet will be a bit cramp.

Location : It is only 3 metro stops and the hotel is almost next to the station. Price : reasonably priced Breakfast : all you can eat breakfast. There is enough varieties with eggs, sausages, bread, soup, etc. Room set up : functional WiFi Good Coffee and tea available at all hours by the front door. Lockers available to keep your luggages. On Alltrails app, there are a couple of suggested trails nearby if you have long layover like me. There is a 7/11 across the street but the pharmacy next to it, which also sells food and offers slightly lower price closes at 10:00 pm. I had lunch at the fried chicken restaurant 2 minutes away and it was quite delicious. If you are in Haneda Airport, this will be a good place to spend the night.

The check-in time was 4:00, and it is precisely observed. You won't be allowed into the room until exactly 4:00, so don't plan to arrive early.

The room was quiet and comfortable. There was a shuttle bus to the airport, but it's first come, first served, so be sure to line up well before you need to be at the airport.

The map given to find the shuttle bus stop at the airport was too hard to figure out. We asked at the information desk in Haneda Airport for direction, and the man there kind of worked out where we should go but was convinced it wouldn't be running at 8am, which wasn't correct. In any case, the train was a very easy alternative.

Very easy to get to by train from Haneda and there is a useful shuttlebus also which made getting back to the airport easy. The breakfast is good but might not be to all Western tastes. However, there's lots of variety offered, so there should be something for everyone.

There wasn’t a shuttle bus to the hotel from the Haneda airport until after 18:30. I wish there were one shuttle bus every hours.

The hotel is next to the main road, might be a little noisy if your room is facing the main road. Bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper / request for non-road facing room. It feels a little dangerous when you step out of the hotel because it’s right next to the main road especially if you have little children, just be aware and be careful.

Nearby the airport for a quick stay before an early morning flight. The free shuttle service to the airport was the main reason we chose this hotel over others, it was very convenient for us. Surrounded by plenty of delicious eateries. Clean and comfortable for a basic stay. Breakfast was exceptional.

There isn't really anything to do in this area, only a couple of restaurants here and there. Also the breakfast was indeed free, but it was not super tasty...

Stayed here so we could be close to the airport when we fly out. The airport shuttle bus was nice, but the last time they run it is 10am, so if your flight is later in the day be mindful of that! Was a comfortable stay for the price, plus there was a 7-eleven accross the street if you need it :)

This place is great if you have a flight from Haneda airport, comfortable rooms, they have a shuttle bus service to Haneda airport which is just about 15 minutes away and also it is very close to Tokyo JR station. Breakfast is good, all the basic amenities are available, staff is pleasant and helpful, they have coin lockers to store your baggage. This hotel is value for money.
