We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesNothing I disliked. The property met my expectations. Due to its proximity to the station sometimes you can hear people outside if they are EXTREMELY loud but it is still very faint and not that much of a bother. Free breakfast was appreciated but the taste was just average.
Very convenient location, right across the street from the station. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, albeit small. I was able to store my luggage before check in and after check out. Luggage is stored in the lobby for everyone to see but I was not concerned about anyone stealing it. Luggage is placed under a net with bells attached so it is very obvious if someone tries to take it without staff knowledge. Use the second elevator!! Much faster for getting to/from your room.

New ZealandWe had to book smoking rooms as the non-smoking rooms were sold out. Smoke smell was strong but it slowly went off with air con on (has air purifying function) and air freshener spray provided by the hotel.
Great location! Few minutes walk to Toyama Station and easy access to malls and inner city trams. Japanese style breakfast was delicious! We booked Twin room for 2 pax was clean and spacious. Bed was comfy. We will definitely consider booking again if in Toyama. Note it's a very busy hotel with many people checking in at the same time.

And there are food stores around the hotel with a 24 hours convenient store right behind the hotel within 2 min walk from the lobby. We are able to use the common area in the lobby for dinner / supper while waiting for clothes to wash and dry.

Location, location, location, right across the road from the train station. This is a business hotel and it really meant business. That is not a criticism it is a compliment. The check-in was slick, the luggage storage was helpful, My short stay was very comfortable indeed and the staff were lovely. I booked a smoking room, in error. I am asthmatic so it bothered me. It was my mistake. I requested a room change and the reception staff found me a non-smoking room at no extra charge. The buffet breakfast was very good too.
