The check-in was the self-check in, which the reservation code was not match with the code that booking.com gave us. ( the villa code needs 6 digits but the code that booking.com gave me was 10 digits. There was no staff to help or ask anymore and no local phone to call to the staff there. ( My phone is no roaming) I had to ask for help from Lawson's staff that located 200metres from the villa to call the staff and wait almost 1 hour to finish the check-in process.

The villa was clean and comfortable. Good Fuji view.

The check in process is virtual. So it requires you and your family to pop your face for verification which can be inconvinient. Plus if you are travelling with kids do register them in as well when you book as this may complicate the check in process. We were stranded about an 1 hr due to this. It was quickly resolved by booking.com team

Loved the place. Bit desserted during our stay as we were the only one occupying the villla. Great amenities.

Huge size cabins with all appliances to cook your own food. Comfy beds. There are two stops close by to hop on the site seeing bus.

Maybe if there is a coin changing machine will be great and some English instructions on the washing machine and dryer otherwise Google Translate did a great job.

The location is perfect, with Mt Fuji view, allocated parking in front of the unit. Complete kitchen facilities and the BBQ equipment too. Check in was easy and no need to check-out. Great heating and airconditioning.

The location was far away from the station and there were no public transportation, villa will provide free pick and drop service but if staying for more then one day then have to walk a mile to reach to the station. When I have booked the villa it showed near the station and has direct connectivity from station but post booking the location was different.

Villa was very good and well maintained, it has all the facilities and amenities which is required.

Our mount fuji view was partially blocked.

The shuttle bus driver that picked us at was very nice! He even drove us to the nearest supermarket to get groceries for our bbq and waited for us (:

Do not like how the washer and dryer are not in the room itself. It is too cold in the winter to bring our clothes out to the main lobby to wash.

Amazing location which allow us to move around and visit places of attraction easily. Love how large the room is and how equipped the room is. The bathtub is super comfortable and high tech as well. Sufficient heating and the heated mat is a nice touch. The bbq was set up really well and easy to use and clean after.

I guess, if we didn’t drive, it would be quite a distance to get to the main area of attraction and also the train station. But then again, there might be buses that connects these places.

It is unique, not like the ordinary hotel. It has double beds, spacious enough for 4 people. It has a bbq facility in the individual cabin.

No luggage storage room, for early check in.

Nice location. The kitchen was fully equipped and you have a bbq grill if needed. The beds were comfy. The bathroom was good. If you need the shuttle from Kawaguchiko Station you have to ask early. The accomondation is to far away to walk from Kawaguchiko Station with the luggage. In summary we had nice days and can recommend this accomondation.

Without a physical staff onsite, I though the experience may be lousy, however to my surprise, every instructions was given clearly and they are easily reachable via the chat function from booking platform.
