Everything!!! The staff are so friendly and cooperative. The apartment is incredibly clean, neat, spacious, beautiful, and comfortable. The river view is something else, it’s breathtakingly beautiful ❤️❤️❤️ My group and I loved the apartment so much :( We will definitely stay there next time!

Not ideal for seniors with mobility challenges due to its distance from the train station, making it a bit inconvenient for them to walk there.

It's quite a walk to the nearest metro station from the property, Monzen Nakacho is further (~20min walk) and Suitengumae station is closer at about 15min walk. Other than that I have no complains!

The property is huge for Tokyo, I was very surprised at how large the interior is. The view of the river from the property is just beautiful! We spent so much time looking out the window and spending time soaking in the view from the balcony. The property also has proper coffee making equipment provided which is rare to see and a nice touch. The TV in this property is HUGE! It's the largest TV I've ever had in a room haha. 2 air conditioning units is also available in the property for those warmer days

Spacious and beautiful room with a great kitchen and an amiable staff. Perfect location - next to a 7-Eleven (5 min), 2 min to the bus station (which can drive you directly to and from Tokyo station), and 10 min to the subway. The baggage storage was a lifesaver since our flight was late in the night.

Overall experience was very good. A lot of room facilities, including washing machine, coffee maker, hair dryer, steam generator. Comfy beds. Good location with several subway stations and local stores nearby.

We loved everything!

Beautiful apartment with everything you could need (except maybe a dishwasher!) Staff members were all friendly and helpful. Everything was high quality and looked new. We were a family of 2 adults and 2 small children and it working really well for us. We loved the location, there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby and a short walk to stations. We wouldn’t hesitate to return.

The area is very quiet and peaceful but it is possible to sometimes hear the cars on the nearby highway.

The property is located in a beautiful district well located for public transportation and super close to the central train station and to the bus stop of the airport shuttle. Everything was extremely clean, the staff was super polite and extra attentive. Given that it was our honeymoon they left us a very cute note to congratulate us. The view from the river suite are amazing and specially beautiful at night. The small kitchen is very useful if you want to cook your own meals.

The room was awesome! The staff was also very friendly and willing to help in anyway they could. The location was also very close to the central train lines. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet.

I could eventually work out the hot water from the control panels in the room but perhaps a handover from staff or a sheet in multiple languages would make that simpler. I also took a while to work out where the plug was for the bath but that was more as my children would say - skill issue. There is a separate compact bedroom area with a door and a small window which didn't have great air flow (but did have it's own ac and it was private, which after triple share rooms was nice)

Great sized space directly on the river- the only traffic noise was the barges! Huge windows to look out and admire the city. There is a full sized futon couch. The washing machine dryer was in the room and worked very well. The welcome snacks were appreciated. Kitchen had enough basics to make eggs and bacon sandwiches for breakfast (after a couple of weeks travelling kids really wanted that to start the day.) The coffee grinder and gooseneck kettle was loved by my 17 year old who has asked for that coffee setup for Christmas. Access has easy we flew into Narita and caught the airport express bus straight to the Transit Centre. Wheeled our bags across the bridge and was at the hotel in 10 minutes walk. Several metro stations all 10-15 minutes walk away.

Absolutely nothing

Absolutely everything but the highlight was the service. The Ulu team is on top of their game and have been very helpful and kind. They have gone above and beyond to help us out.

Ulu is exceptional, It really deserves a 10/10! The rooms are big, comfortable and very clean, with high tech equipment. The view is amazing and the rooms are very bright. I still miss drinking my morning latte in the table looking at the view outside and the movie nights in the huge TV. It really felt like living in a huge apartment in Tokyo in a nice neighborhood with the metro a short walk away. Last but not least the staff is incredibly kind and helpfull, everyone went out of their way to help us figure out tokyo and they made sure we had no questions. It felt like we hit the jackpot. Amazing place to stay, if we ever go back Ulu will be our choice of stay again!
